About The Role

As the Marine HSE Manager at Journey Beyond, you will be the cornerstone of our commitment to health, safety, and environmental excellence across our marine businesses. In this key position, you will be responsible for implementing and reviewing our comprehensive safety framework and HSE Strategic Plan, ensuring that all procedures and work practices align with relevant Australian Standards, safety legislative requirements, and corporate policies.

Your primary focus will include conducting regular Safety Audits across all marine operations within the Marine and Attraction and Dining Divisions, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement. The Role:

Reporting into the Head of Risk & Compliance, the QA & Compliance Manager has two main accountabilities namely leading the QA team including ensuring the adequacy of the QA framework, and overseeing compliance across the business.

They will be responsible for providing guidance and support, across the company on compliance related matters.
