We are seeking a motivated property professional to join our high performing team based in our Parramatta office. This role presents itself as a great opportunity for an analyst or valuer looking to transition their career into a sales focused role.

A Sales Advisor is responsible for delivering the best customer experience that contributes to the store’s sales and profit. As a Sales Advisor, you’ll always put customers first, offer assistance and share your product and fashion knowledge. You’ll create an environment that is easy for customers to shop through store operations and great garment care. You will also share your knowledge and skills with your colleagues, offering help where needed to build positive working environment. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Provide great customer experience. 

• Fold, hang, display and merchandise garments to maximise selling opportunities. 

• Actively process, stock and replenish garments on the sales floor and in the stock room. 

• Open, unpack and label merchandise with security tags. 

• Support customer purchases and returns in the register. 

• Permanent Part Time opportunity - 20 hours per week, Mon-Fri, during business hours
• 20th of Jan start date, paid training for your 1st week

About the Role

As a Loyalty Sales Consultant, you will call recent guests of an Accor Hotel, inviting them to a FREE night at our hotels, as well as enjoying up to 50% off Accor room bookings & dinning, if they agree to sign up to our Loyalty Member Program.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be part of the Parramatta Sales team, helping grow the Accor Plus Membership program across Australia. More specifically, you will:

• Make outbound calls to verified leads, who have stayed at an Accor hotel
• Use Accor Plus sales techniques to discover needs & close sales
• Ask our customers & members for any referrals they’d like to recommend

About You

No previous sales experience required! Our ideal candidate needs to be a people person, who loves connecting with customers over the phone. To be successful in this role, you must:

• Be comfortable making outbound calls, to recent guests of Accor Hotels
• Excited about working in a sales environment, with achievable targets
• Able to start paid training, in office, on Monday the 20th of January from 9.00am to 3.30pm for 1 week, and then work from our Parramatta CBD office, 20 hours a week (Mon-Fri)
