Your Impact 

• Responsible for building and developing a team of quota carrying and lead generation sales professionals 
• Own and drive revenue outcomes within the assigned region, territories, and/or district, exceeding personal and team sales quotas and goals 
• Review weekly forecast and business outcomes with representatives and sales leaders
• Coach, develop, and mentor representatives to success in all aspects of the sales cycle - lead generation, qualification, forecasting, and closing opportunities, while using our channel/partner network
• Build sales analysis for insight into weekly, monthly and quarterly execution and strategies 
• Attend weekly regional forecast and management calls to provide Inside Sales perspective
• Work closely with other District Sales Managers on crafting business strategy to accomplish company goals
• Required to stay knowledgeable and up-to-date on product roadmap, industry changes, and competitive landscapes

Reporting into Contact Support Team Leader, you will help us resolve escalated or exceptional queries on first contact, or to work with our customers to support them through more complex needs, with the endeavor to create a frictionless experience for our customers.  Some of the other responsibilities include:

• Take ownership for complex customer queries, ensuring a timely resolution to a meet our client’s satisfaction 
• Strong stakeholder management, with a focus to build customer relationships and internal networks 
• Utilise a variety of technological platforms to resolve customer queries  
• To obtain in-depth knowledge of Xplor systems to become a subject matter expert (SME) 
• Liaise with colleagues to raise continuous improvement suggestions, using customer feedback 
• Improve customer facing processes 
• Be proactive in meeting our customer’s service level agreements (SLA’s) 
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to ensure that customer needs are being met 
• Demonstrate effective engagement and communication with our customers 

Customer Services 

• Answer phone calls/emails/chats in a polite and prompt manner to provide a high level of customer service with a high first time resolution rate 
• Resolves second line customer queries relating to their accounts associated to payment contracts and contractual relationships 
• Escalate any issues reported by customers where necessary 
• Progress, follow-up and resolve queries with the use of the relevant management system 

 Administration 

• Record all activity associated with any communication in the related management system 
• Accurately update internal and external systems and tools as required 
• Follow defined scripts or directions around support as defined by the department 

As our Construction Safety Advisor you’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving the safety management system for construction projects. In this role you’ll also responsible for undertaking desktop and on-site safety audits and driving safe work practices within our construction projects.

• Develop and maintain construction safety management system procedures and guidance material
• Review and critique external partner project-specific safety management plans and client requirements
• Participate in High Risk workshops with the project management team
• Undertake routine onsite construction inspections to ensure safety issues are appropriately identified, assessed and risks are mitigated
• Complete site inspection reports, including findings and following up on the implementation of corrective actions
• Manage reporting processes for customer projects as well as internal reporting

We are currently looking for a Part Time Retail Sales Merchandiser to join the national team at Creative Activation, representing one of our key client partners - TPG - Vodafone, Lebara and Felix PRE-PAID!

As a Sales Merchandiser you'll have the ability to work in FMCG channels and be responsible for providing field marketing and merchandising sales solutions to our clients. You'll do this by implementing their retail marketing plans in store with the goal being to ensure their product is visible, accessible and available to the consumer at all times.

You'll build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and use store intelligence data to drive further sales and opportunity based selling.

As a Sales Merchandiser, you'll be required to:

• Merchandise our clients' products within Grocery, Discount Department and Petrol Channels
• Create point of sale displays, complete planograms, ensuring the product is well-stocked and maintained
• Negotiate shelf space with managers to leverage market share
• Check stock levels for stores, liaising with store managers
• Develop strong relationships with key personnel in all stores
• Hold and Utilise Stock and Point of Sale sent to you.
• Report accurate data upon the completion of each visit
• Provide feedback and relevant data to Field Managers

Location: Working across the Melbourne area, you'll visit suburbs including Brunswick, Collingwood, Northcote, Yarraville, Richmond, Sunshine, Braybrook, Footscray, Flemington, North Melbourne, South Melbourne and surrounds.

Hours/Days: This Part Time role is 19 Hours per week, across Wednesday to Friday.

Own Vehicle and Drivers License: Essential
