As a Data Centre Operations Supervisor, this role is accountable for:

Ensuring the operational processes in the Data Centre adhere to customer and company processes and polices
Assembly of customer's finished product at customer premises meets contractual lead times and schedule
Ensuring the operational processes in the Data Centre adheres to customer and company processes and polices.
Direct, monitor and manage the activities of Data Centre Logistics Co-Ordinators in the to extend individual skills and achieve overall business objectives.
Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
Set the priorities for the team though delegating tasks and managing workloads with team members
Coaching and mentoring the team on best practice and implementing training to increase performance.
Meet financial targets
Implement company's Labor Management Program
Undertake department and staff performance reviews in accordance ISO 9002 accreditation.
Ensure company WH&S policy and procedures are implemented and maintained
Management of compliance and corporate operational procedure

In order to suceed in this role, the below experience and qualifications are required:

Minimum 2 years experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Data Centre Leadership or 3PL management position
Engineering or IT based qualifications
Familiarity in using IT platforms
Advanced computer skills
Experience and knowledge of logistics operations
Good awareness and exposure to OHS requirements
Strong experience in building & maintaining Customer relationships
Warehouse Management System Skills (WMS)
Awareness of logistics systems and material handling equipment and providers

Benefits Salary range between $70 - $80k pa A creative, challenging and rewarding working environment that will encourage and allow you and your career to grow The opportunity to work in a growing, prestigious, award-winning establishment and put your career in the right direction 4 day work week / 3 days off per week  Staff meals included during shifts Task & Responsibilities Food & Beverage Operations, including assisting with the selection, purchasing, cellar and service of wines Achieve predetermined key result ratios Wine promotion and sales, such as wine-tasting sessions or events  Train and educate the wait staff about the wine list Maintain wine-serving equipment Enter the list in appropriate local, national and international wine list competitions Effectively manage the Restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager Restaurant setting according to daily requirements, procedures and guidelines Manage and supervise the quality, presentation and service of food and beverage to ensure standards are met or exceeded during your shift Promote the property’s facilities to potential clients in particular the Restaurant and Function facilities Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures Monitor staffing levels and manage rosters efficiently in accordance with the Hospitality Industry General Award Supervision, training and coordination of food and beverage staff during your shift On the job training of food and beverage staff in restaurant procedures, policies, checklists and guidelines In conjunction with the Restaurant Manager, provide direction to food and beverage staff to ensure departmental goals are achieved and provide coaching and feedback to staff and assess performance on an ongoing basis Assist the Restaurant Manager to monitor departmental costs and budgets Communicate with the Restaurant Manager or General Manager regarding any problems or changes needed with service Maintain hygienic food handling practices and ensure the cleanliness of all Restaurant facilities and equipment at all times Balance the register at the end of the shift ensuring a high level of accuracy and honesty Ordering and stock control of Restaurant disposables   Qualification & Experience Trade Qualifications Practical, demonstrated experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. Experience in a fine dining or luxury environment is preferred.
