As the ICMS Manager with FHE working on our WestConnex Contract, you will have the overall responsibility to manage and maintain the Integrated Contract Management System (ICMS), lead all project-based Quality, Safety and Environmental (QSE) activities and manage a small team of QSE professionals. This role is business critical to ensure the business remains compliant to legislation in the day-to-day operations for the on-going contracted works with WestConnex.

Reporting to the O&M Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing, implementing and maintaining the ICMS within a heavily audited and regulated environment in accordance with the project Deeds and Corporate framework.
• Overall responsibility for the ongoing development, implementation, reporting and auditing of FHE’s quality, safety and environmental management systems.
• Continually drive improvement in the development and implementation of Work, Health & Safety plans, Quality plans and Operational Environmental Management plans.
• Support the projects compliance framework and provide advice on governance and project process implementation relevant to the scope of work.
• Ensuring compliance with environmental, safety and quality legal requirements including waste discharge licences, pollution abatement notices and trade waste agreements
• Identifying areas for improvement on QSE matters and preparing recommendations and business cases accordingly.
• Advising relevant stakeholders on the relevant environmental and WHS legislation, ensuring the ongoing safety education, hazard identification and elimination awareness for all levels of workforce are adhered to.
• Inspecting workplace locations regularly to audit safety procedures and report findings to the O&M Manager.
• Preparing and presenting reports on performance against QSE objectives, issues and programs for management.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified Finance Manager to join our Real Estate Management Services team to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of monthly financial reporting for the account.

Based in Parramatta CBD and reporting to the General Manager, the Finance Manager will provide high quality services to internal and external clients and ensure streamlined accounting procedures to improve efficiencies.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for the financial management and reporting of the asset including income and expenditure, capital works and financial analysis.
• Working together with the General Manager and Building Services Manager, coordinate and manage the preparation of operational and capital expenditure budgets, forecasting and any other financial requirements as directed by the client.
• Prepare Retail outgoings budgets and outgoings reconciliations.
• Attend to all internal and external auditor queries for the trust account and retail outgoings audits.
• Assist all Tenant and Client queries and issues in relation to finance and property management related issues

Based on our National client site, in Wyong; the role of Facilities Manager reports directly to the National Facilities Manager overseeing and managing the integrated facilities services and ensuring that Sodexo's financial and operational objectives are met.

We seek a Facilities Manager with demonstrated experience managing the delivery of hard (fire services, electrical) and soft services (cleaning, food) in a GMP environment.  You will manage the planned work schedules and the ability to review & evaluate building works as well as coordinate all aspects of building maintenance and essential services via contractor management. 

Other duties will include but won’t be limited to:

• Ensuring works are completed in accordance with Service Level Agreements and OH&S guidelines
• Effective staff management, including motivation, development, performance management, recruitment
• Management of reporting to client and Sodexo this including preparation and completion of monthly financial, OH&S, client service and key issues reports
• Actively managing a P&L financial model with the objective of meeting the set financial budget
• Sound understanding of contractual agreement with client and ability interpret and amend as per business requirements
• Development of strong working relationships and maintaining a professional and ethical attitude with all employees and contacts associated with the business
• Demonstrated experience managing the delivery of food services particularly in a manufacturing or blue collar environment
• Demonstrated record of safety leadership preferably in a manufacturing environment
