Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our expanding team in the ANZ region. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to drive growth and shape the future of construction technology in Australia and New Zealand. Your responsibilities will include increasing adoption of Procore's solutions, expanding market penetration across top enterprise accounts, and building lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients in the ANZ region.
• Identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand Procore's solutions within existing accounts and new prospects.
• Leverage your understanding of construction processes to align Procore's offerings with clients' specific needs.

First Focus, Australia's best Managed Service Provider, is seeking an experienced Training and Onboarding Manager, on full time basis at our offices in either Bentley WA or Brisbane CBD.

About the role

The Learning and Development Specialist will ultimately have ownership of the entire First Focus Academy which encompasses all training programs, together with our LMS and video library. 

In addition, they will be responsible for the onboarding function across the business, ensuring that new employees have the best possible experience and are able to become settled and productive as quickly as possible.

Reporting to the CPO, the successful candidate will have proven experience in implementing and managing successful training programs, ideally in the technology space.

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally in the technology space

The Role
