The Sr Mgr-Digital Tech Lead reports into the Director-Digital Platform Lead and responsible for the development, support and services of the digital platform. The Digital Tech Lead partners with the vendors and Commercial Products and Platforms teams to craft and deliver the solutions to the markets and segment.

The Tech Lead is responsible for the readiness of capabilities and services of the systems within the group ensuring they are secure and standardized and can be easily consumed by the markets. Ensuring the solution and standard processes are consistently applied across all markets.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including market representatives, deployment teams, and development teams
• Lead the readiness assessment of digital platforms and products
• Develop and implement global processes, policies, and standards for digital solutions
• Provide training and support to teams on new digital solutions and processes
• Collaborate with Product and segment teams to align digital solutions with business objectives and market needs
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of digital solutions
• Identify and analyse potential risks associated with digital solutions and implement strategies to mitigate them
• Ensure the quality of digital solutions by establishing and monitoring quality standards and metrics
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital solutions to drive continuous improvement and innovation
• Monitor the performance of digital solutions and processes to ensure they meet established goals and benchmarks
• Oversee the allocation and management of resources to support the implementation and maintenance of digital solutions

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Software Support, you'll help us drive engagement, excellence, and a focus on building relationships with our customers and colleagues, whilst meeting and exceeding service levels agreements for the resolution of support tickets. You'll also lead a team of Software Support professionals to meet the needs of our customers on software related enquiries. 

Some of the other responsibilities include:

• Manage a small offshore & regional team of customer support advisors in the delivery of software customer service   

• Collaborate with engineering peers to provide customer resolutions within agreed SLAs, advocating customer needs to effectively prioritise support ticket resolution  
• Partner with leadership and commercial teams to identify and plan essential work in the context of software support  
• Ensure that the team adheres to regional policies within software support for Xplor products  
• Contribute to frameworks and internal resources to support the resolution of technical issues within your team  
• Periodically review software support log(s); track performance and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement  
• Proactively engage and upskill yourself in new iterations of the software along with your team  
• Find new ways to reduce the average ticket turnaround time and improve SLAs  
• Optimise, standardise, and manage Support metrics across all channels (call centre, online chat, email) to ensure customer satisfaction, and report statistical performance levels 

For this position, we offer a hybrid and flexible working model, where you will spend 2-3 days per week in the office and the rest working from home.

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst and Process Lead to play a vital role in delivering impactful programs that transform processes, systems, and outcomes for Melba.

What You'll Do

• Business Analysis & Process Leadership:
• Conduct detailed requirements gathering, process mapping (As-Is/To-Be), and gap analyses.
• Develop clear documentation, including business rules, customer journey maps, and process models.
• Identify, recommend, and support implementation of process improvements to achieve strategic goals.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to define needs and solutions.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, including IT, project managers, and change leads.
• Support business case development and align solutions with organizational priorities.
• Support Key Projects:
• Contribute to project scope definition under Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Assist in vendor assessment and evaluation processes.
• Provide training support, testing oversight, and documentation for successful implementation.

About You

• At least 5 years of proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and project collaboration in medium to large environments.
• Familiarity with BPMN, UML, or equivalent process mapping methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to elicit and document complex requirements.
• Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Visio, and project tools like Miro or Asana.
• Experience in the care/disability support sector (desirable).
• Familiarity with the BABoK. CCBA or CBAP certified (desirable).

Requirements: A current NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check (we can support you through the process of obtaining one or both checks if you don’t already have them).
