You will be responsible for helping recruitment agencies get the most from Messly, supporting them from the sales process through their lifecycle as a customer.

Using your recruitment background, you will become a trusted advisor to our clients, building close relationships

Specifically, your role will focus on:

Onboarding and Training: Train new recruiters how to use Messly, giving product demos and tutorials. You’ll become an expert in Messly, with an in-depth knowledge of the product features and capabilities, coaching them on how to utilise the product fully. A Typical Day

Messly is small, fast-growing company so each day is different. But if they was a ‘typical\ day, it might include:

• Joining a sales call with a prospective client to understand if Messly is a fit for them, and following up with a proposal and some pricing
• Running a training session for recruiters from a new client. That might be in their offices or on a video call. You’d give them a demo of the key features, and help them to set up their accounts on Messly.

Working At Messly

You'll be our first hire in Australia, and a key part of the initial team. One of the founders is relocating to live in Sydney to run the Australian business, and you will be working closely with him on a day-day basis. The other founder will travel to Australia also as needed.

We are looking for a Design Operation Lead who will help support Canva’s International team comprised of all our locale teams globally.

Sitting in the Design Operations specialty of the Content Creative group, effective project management and well-rounded communication skills are key expectations of this role. The ability to navigate complexity, turning chaos into clarity, will need to be exemplified through project plans, roadmaps, and regular team cadences. Engaging with stakeholders, vendors, & team members form part of this role & will be vital in enabling the team to achieve its goals.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

• Manage the operational structures & processes to ensure we are considering international production holistically
• Strategise across all available production levers to deliver on goals with the most efficient, effective resources
  
  Foster Collaboration and alignment:
• Ensure team-wide alignment and operational excellence by partnering with international leadership team (Design Lead and Strategy Lead) and fostering collaboration with other Canva teams.
• Initiate operational ideas to enhance team efficiency, exploring new ways of working, platforms, and team structures.
  
  Campaign oversight and ownership:
• Oversee day-to-day running of international content campaigns in collaboration with the regional project managers and creative teams.
• Provide oversight and forecasting for resources, ensuring the team is prepared for success and scalability.
• Strategically manage budgets (alongside Strategy Lead), recommend production streams aligned with creative requirements, and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure our output is of the highest value.
• Communicate blockers, resourcing needs, and trade-offs with stakeholders as needed
  
  Leadership on Priority Projects & Initiatives:
• Take ownership of planning, resourcing, and delivery for unexpected, urgent, or complex requirements, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with and support other operations team members, ensuring they deliver an exceptional Design Ops experience
  
  Tooling
• Experience with Monday.com and proficient with Google Sheets

For over 40 years Chandler Macleod’s recruitment business has connected leading-edge projects and employers with outstanding business professionals. Our client is seeking to engage a Farm and Stable | Team Lead on a Permanent, Full -time basis.Role Overview:Responsible for organisation of stables and pens to ensure facilities are prepared for mares to be scanned, including but not limited to cleanliness of the crush area, yards and cleaning troughs and associated areas.Assist the veterinary team in monitoring the condition and health status of recipient mares, including reporting lameness, wounds and colic symptoms to the veterinary team.Care and welfare of the horses including administration of vaccines and de-worming of recipient herd.Assist veterinarian in administering medication.Assist the Veterinarian with scanning recipient mares.Feed up and checks of all recipient mares.Handling of recipient mares; training to lead, tie up, stand/hold for farrier and load.Provide and organise movement of recipient mares to and from breeding facilities.Maintain cleanliness of the cars and horse trailers after use.Liaise with the Veterinary team, reporting any issues that may require the Veterinarian’s attention.Report and liaise with veterinary team and farm manager on status on individual paddocks, for example damage to fencing, fallen trees, grass levels for recipient mares, presence of noxious weeds, functionality and cleanliness of water throughs.Report and liaise with veterinary team and farm manager regarding the level of hay in hay feeders, damage of the hay feeders, presence of lick blocks.Making sure enough hay will carry over on the weekends and arrangements are made before public holidays or holidays of responsible individuals.Making sure cars, buggies and or quad bikes are fuelled up and operational before hand over during the week, but especially before weekends and or public holidays.Relocation of mares and foals around the property as required and retrieval of mares post weaning.Assistance with the breeding program as required.Always ensure the de-worming program and feed regime is implemented under supervision of the veterinary team.Review and report on monthly stock inventory and expenditures as required.A current Driver’s License and the ability to work weekends is essential.  Mandatory Requirements:To be eligible applicants must be Australian Citizens. If you feel you are a suitable candidate submit your application by hitting “Apply for this job”.
