What you'll do
This opportunity will see you developing and deploying cutting edge autonomous last mile delivery solutions - like drone delivery - for HomeRun. You will develop this capability through a best of breed mix of partnerships and internal innovation. You will be responsible for developing partnerships with global leaders in the space, designing and launching pilots, and ultimately managing autonomous last mile delivery services used across the WOW Group (through HomeRun).
You Will Also
Keep abreast of all local and international trends and developments in autonomous delivery (drones and vehicles)
Develop relationships and negotiate partnerships with autonomous technology providers (eg drone delivery providers and autonomous vehicle technology providers)
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop and integrate autonomous delivery technologies into Woolworths Group Last Mile delivery
What you'll bring
3-5 years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking or a Technology startup
Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
Curiosity and interest in autonomous delivery technologies and retail last mile operations
Ability to define key requirements for successful autonomous delivery in the Woolworths Last Mile and assess technology providers suitability against these requirements
Internal entrepreneurship and persuasion skills to collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to drive the development and scaling of a autonomous delivery program
