The Gig
The Healthengine patient experience continues to be a priority for the Healthengine brand and business. With millions of active users and bookings across a range of primary healthcare offerings we are looking for someone to lead the charge in improving and maximising the patient experience beyond the booking.
The purpose of the role is to support the overall marketing strategy through excellence in lifecycle marketing. Ensuring we focus on retaining and maximising our owned audiences is a critical lever for Healthengine as we continue our growth journey. This role will uplift patient comms and lifecycle ensuring we are maximising the tools, audiences and opportunities we have in this space
Responsibilities:
- Lead Healthengine’s patient lifecycle / CRM strategy and execution, delivering strategically-aligned results
- Identify, plan and manage customer journeys across a range of Healthengine use cases and across a variety of channels such as Email, SMS, In-App Messages and push.
- Continually seek to innovate and optimise our customer lifecycle and cross sell efforts using data, insights and product releases to support delivery
- Create go to market plans from a customer communications perspective for new product releases and campaigns
- Measure and report on key results and identify opportunities to improve our customer experience and impact
- Use of third-party tools like Adobe Analytics and Braze to review insights, create user segmentation and execute campaigns across channels
- Optimise onboarding comms across App and Web Acquisition to improve the customer experience
- Create and implement a QA processes to ensure accuracy of customer communications
- Work closely with Legal, Product and Marketing teams to ensure perfect consent management, privacy change implementations and regulatory compliance in the CRM space.

Experience you’ll bring:
- +6 years experience in a lifecycle / CRM role with hands-on execution
- Strong technical marketing skills across CRM / Lifecycle & marketing automation in tools like Braze, Hubspot or Adobe tools
- Deep understanding of analytics and reporting to ensure effective measurement and attribution of success and learning
- Worked with marketing/ product teams/designers/engineers and understand how to leverage both product and marketing to drive outcomes
- Understand and apply the principles of UI/UX and customer journey mapping
- Ability to create and deliver end to end lifecycle strategies in a fast moving growth business
