About the Job

The General Manager of People Solutions and Services is pivotal in driving operational excellence within the P&C department. This strategic leader will focus on optimising service offerings, enhancing employee experiences, and improving accuracy and efficiency in all operational processes – as well as strategically leading the remuneration and reward function. Thought Leadership and Strategic Advisor

Operational Support
