Role

In this role, you will be responsible for the success of Australian and New Zealand customers with regulatory and enhanced data security needs. You will work directly with these customers, industry partners, and internal teams to understand their pain points and grow the business. You will own the P&L for our ServiceNow Protected Platform – Australia (SPP-AU), our local regulated cloud for ANZ. As the owner of this environment, you will develop the product strategy, stay abreast of changing government regulations around data, cybersecurity and AI and maintain the product roadmap. In addition, you will directly influence the roadmap of the ServiceNow Platform and suite of SaaS applications to better serve this specialized segment of customers.

Reporting to Product Lead – Emerging Markets, Regulated Markets & Public Sector Industry, you will be a key member of a team that drives the growth of ServiceNow’s public sector business.

What you get to do in this role

• Understand the unique needs and pain points of ANZ Public Sector and other regulated customers
• Be an evangelist on our cloud offerings in ANZ, conducting discovery, collecting customer feedback, understanding common asks and prioritizing needs across the ServiceNow portfolio
• Influence and coordinate across sales, legal, security, marketing, FP&A and other product managers to deliver the best experience for ANZ regulated customers
• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for the SPP-AU environment
• Drive P&L accountability for the SPP-AU environment
• Support monitoring competitive intelligence as input into product strategy
• Serve as a subject matter expert and central point of contact for company-wide programs relevant to SPP-AU

Responsibilities:

• Achieving sales targets across institutional clients, super funds and consultants.
• Supporting the Funds team to reach sales targets for relevant products.

• Executing national roadshows for investment manager representatives to further promote products through various channels.

• Domestic Travel is required in this role.

You are the primary point of contact for these accounts and are accountable for delivering at above quota sales performance in your region. You develop trusted relationships at a high, executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the partnership. This means that you have a concrete understanding of our product suites, and are able to help identify areas that can be resolved by Palo Alto Networks solutions.

You will lead to identifying and signing appropriate channel partners as well as training them on our solutions. Additionally, your credibility will guide your customers in their search to transition to a more secure online environment. You feel empowered by our product offerings - and love a technical challenge.

• Develop market strategies and goals for each product and service - understand the strategies, goals, and objectives of accounts

• Lead coordinating account strategy and tactics for sales support team (inside sales, systems engineering, sales management)

• Take full responsibility for accurate sales forecasting by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through the procurement process

• Extensive domestic travel and possible International travel as necessary

As part of a small team you will be responsible for managing the life-cycle of all Problems. Objectives are to prevent incidents from happening and to minimize the impact of incidents that cannot be prevented. You will also maintain information about known errors and workarounds.

• Provide ITIL Problem Management services to the program whilst working towards best practice approaches to Problem Management and sharing knowledge across the Problem Management team;
• Provide on time, meaningful and high quality reports with detailed analysis targeted at the right audience;
• Participate in the Continual Improvement program across relevant process areas;
• Provide input to process changes across the multi-vendor environment, including delivery of ongoing training and development activites;
• Ensure adherence to Governance structures for all new process design and existing process change;
• Review all process improvement suggestions, including analysis of operational impact on customer, suppliers and internal delivery, and provide recommendation of solutions.
