The Company:
Our client, located in the heart of Macarthur, Paul Wakeling Motor Group on Blaxland Road, Campbelltown was the first dealership in the Wakeling Automotive family. Paul Wakeling started in 1985 with a single Holden Franchise and five staff.

The Person
Ability to diagnose issues faults and problem solve using a multimeter
A positive can-do attitude
A team player with good interpersonal skills
A strong work ethic with high attention to detail
Current Motor Mechanic Trade Certificate or equivalent
Mechanical servicing and repairing experience
Strong diagnostics and fault-finding skills
Customer service exposure
A current driver's license
Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours

The Role
Work on a range of vehicles in a busy workshop with a great team of mechanics
Preventative Maintenance
Infield diagnosis and servicing
Troubleshoot problems effectively and decisively.
Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure.
Keep workspace and tools in a tidy and orderly condition
10 Full-Time positions are available
$65,000-$90,000 per annum

1. Controlling the overall operation of the restaurant and its service delivery.

2. Managing a team of 7-10 staff members on a daily basis.

3. Managing staff and creating rosters for the restaurant.

4. Dealing with customer complaints and resolving issues.

5. Ordering stock, maintaining stock levels, and paying bills.

6. Evaluating the budget and planning promotions and offers.

7. Being an integral part of hiring and training new staff as deemed necessary.

8. Diligently reviewing, maintaining, and ensuring health and safety compliance with relevant regulations.

9. Making decisions related to reservations, events, and special occasions organised by the restaurant.
