Work for a logistics company that servics the event and exhibtion industry. Based either at Olympic Park or Darling Harbour, this role is perfect for you if you aren't looking for full time work and happy to work when events are on.
As a high-volume forklift driver, you will be responsible for unloading and loading trucks, as well as delivering freight to stands within exhibition halls. The spotter will assist you in navigating the congested and busy halls in a safe and timely manner. Must have valid forklift licence and have been driving for 12 + months, working within logistics or worked in tight areas and deadline driven.
The Labourer/ Spotter role is quite physical as you will be loading or unloading boxes onto pallets as well as other adhoc duties as well as assisting the forklift drivers to navigate the congested and busy halls. Once you have completed the standard safety induction, you will be responsible for providing our clients with a high standard of safety and care. All shifts are scheduled through You will have:

Ability to lift 10 kilograms from the floor to waist level

The right candidate will be responsible for:
Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foods;
Collaborate with other personnel to plan and develop recipes and menus, taking into account such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers;
Supervise the kitchen pass and operations of the kitchen;
Prepare and cook soups, meats, gravies, vegetables, desserts, salads, etc;
Work with kitchen staff to schedule shifts and monitor employee performance;
Train new staff members on preparations, cooking procedures and plating;
Store, label and rotate stock in freezers and cool rooms;
Ensure all kitchen employees comply with safety and health regulations;
Cut, season and cook meat, fish and other types of meat;

About you:

Position Details

Act as consultant to our clients in connection with Manhattan technologies to proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex issues that
arise post implementation involving supply chain software solutions for client specific modifications.
• Define client needs and develop plan for delivery of solutions.
• Perform detailed design for customer specific enhancements.
• Guide client through system implementation of additional functionality.
• Prioritize issues and projects.
• Suggest product improvements based on customer feedback.
• Primary activities include client communication, testing, issues resolution, and post implementation support.
• Understanding each of the customer's operational flow and assist with modifications work when and where required.
• On site support could be required during project go-live.
• Attending to customers' calls with a timely manner.
• Performing preliminary analysis of issues, working with our technical team to provide effective solutions to meet our customers' needs.
• Taking ownership of account issues while adhering to the agreed escalation procedures
• Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with customers and internal support team members
• Providing effective support to ensure a smooth customer transition with the implementation team post project go-live
• Up to 50% travel required - mostly within Australia.

Required Experience

• Experience working in a client facing role within a supply chain or software organisation
• Bachelor or above degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Computer Science or related field, or 2+ years of experience in
WMS or related field - Manhattan product(s) experience is preferred
• Customer oriented, self-motivated and team player
• Excellent time management and prioritising skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
