The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP Consultant with expertise in Treasury, Finance, FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management), Banking, and S/4 HANA to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements in treasury and financial management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver SAP solutions that optimize financial processes, streamline banking operations, and enhance financial supply chain management.

This is a key role that requires a deep understanding of both SAP systems and retail finance operations, with the ability to lead projects, guide clients, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential skills & Experience:

· Work as an Individual contributor who owns the Functional Solution design, configure, test, deploy and support for Finance business processes in leveraging SAP solution (S4 and ECC).
· Bring best in class consulting experience in SAP Finance, Treasury, FSCM and proven track record of ECC & S4 HANA DevOps experience.
· Ability to work independently in all phases of projects starting from business requirement gathering, solution design, building, testing (Integration, Regression, UAT), Data loads and cutover, Go live and hyper care.
· Should be able to guide/mentor group of SAP FICO functional consultants and oversee their work and build solution consulting skillset.
· Is responsible for Solution architecture/design for various business processes.
· Brings best practice of retail and other domains and brings adoption of the same.
· Bring innovative solutions, automation in SAP deployments.
· Provide Recommendations to business problems with pro and cons.
· Should possess strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in customer centric environment.
· Build a good rapport with business community, cross functional teams and program leadership.
· Should have strong articulation skills and stakeholder management.
· Should be able to own end to end responsibility for Finance solutions being deployed in S4 HANA and existing ECC systems.
· Must have hands on experience in Configuration, writing of Functional specifications, Test Management/Strategy, Deployment strategy, tool set selection.
· Conduct in-depth analysis of current SAP FICO including VIM, Treasury, FSCM processes and work to resolve any existing issues
· Identify areas for process improvement, and develop and implement enhancements to ensure efficient operations
· Create training materials for users, aiding in the smooth adoption of new processes
· Possess strong skills in planning, project management and attention to detail and has excellent problem solving and evaluative judgement skills.
· Communicate and co-ordinate people across geographies and among multiple teams to handle team across offshore and onshore.
· Problem solving - identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and report issues to the management team; demonstrate appropriate risk-taking and comfort with ambiguity.
· Exceptional Time management skill with an ability to prioritize and plan work effectively.

Required Skills:

· SAP Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, VIM, Fixed Assets, Banking, Taxes, Treasury, Basics of Controlling (CCA, PCA), Finance Master Data, Credit Management, Collection Management, Dispute Management
· Extensive experience with FI/CO integration with other process modules, including Sales and Distribution (SD), Purchasing, Project Systems/Investment Management, Material management, Indirect procurement, taxes.
· Should have worked on Interfaces with banks, external parties, transmission of payment files, acknowledgments, MT940/BAI2, Lockbox collections, Org structure design.
· Strong experience of middleware systems EDI/EAI/PI/PO and other market tools.
· Experience of working in SAP bolt on applications like Trintech, Blackline, Coupa, Bloomberg, and native SAP integrations of Concur, Ariba, MDG-F/S, Vertex, Swift.
· Should have working experience of Finance Master Data, Transaction data migration process using various tools like BODS etc.
· Ability to work on legacy/non-SAP applications/interfaces integration with SAP and various integration patterns (Flat file, idoc, ODATA, API calls).
· Experience in DevOps lifecycle management (including Change Management, Incident management, MEC support, hypercare)

Candidate Qualification:

· B.E./ MBA/CA/ICWA with Finance specialization or any other relevant qualification.
· Minimum 15+ years of experience in SAP application enhancement /production support/ projects in Finance, Treasury and FSCM
· Knowledge and hands-on experience across all SAP Finance modules and DevOps methodology.
· Must have hands-on knowledge and experience on support tools - Service Now, JIRA, Charm, ALM.
· Effective business communication and stakeholder management skills.
