Reporting directly to the Head of Compliance, you’ll play a key role within the Compliance team to maintain and monitor Rest’s Compliance Management Framework to ensure Rest operates in compliance with its legal and regulatory obligations.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

Compliance Management Framework: assist in the maintenance and monitoring of Rest’s compliance framework across the Rest business to facilitate compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, codes and standards and Rest organisational standards, including:

• Incident and Breach management process
• Management and Board reporting
• Compliance training
• Policy Governance framework
• Privacy framework
• Financial Crime framework

Oversight of Rest’s Incident and Breach management process:

• Daily monitoring of incidents and breach dashboards, and escalation of high rated matters
• Perform a compliance assessment of new incidents to determine whether a breach has occurred, and whether a matter is potentially reportable to a Regulator
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly incident and breach reports
• Assist with development and review of Rest’s Incident and Breach Policy and Procedures
• Provide support, guidance and subject matter expertise to the business on the investigation and remediation of significant and reportable breaches, and assist in reporting to Management, Board and relevant Board committees and preparation of breach correspondence for regulators
• Provide education across the Rest business and to material outsource providers on Rest’s expectations regarding incident and breach management

Act as a trusted partner to business areas across Rest through the provision of ‘second line’ compliance advice and participation in projects and business initiatives.

As the Group Prosthesis Manager, you will ensure the steady supply of Prosthesis to each hospital, drive continuous improvement and facilitate the timely and accurate invoicing of Prosthesis to health funds.

You will make an impact by:

• Providing strong leadership to a talented and dedicated Prosthesis Supply Team.
• Ensure the safe, efficient and steady supply of Prosthesis across the Group.
• Ensuring adequate processes, governance and quality controls are in place to record stock usage and arrange timely replenishment of stock.
• Assisting in the timely and accurate invoicing of Prosthesis to health funds.
• Being actively involved in the negotiation of supply agreements and health fund contracts.
• Developing strong working relationships with Prosthesis suppliers.
• Collaborating with key internal stakeholders, including Theatre Staff, Procurement, Patient Revenue and the Health Fund Contracts Team.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• 10+ years’ experience in Procurement and Supply within the healthcare sector.
• Extensive experience working with Prosthesis.
• Experience leading a team across multiple locations.
• Flexibility for occasional travel between sites (parking is provided).
• Experience working with a large financial system.
• Experience with TechOne (preferred but not essential).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.

Reporting to the Executive General Manager and responsible for developing and implementing quality strategies and systems, ensuring product and process quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across ~10 manufacturing sites, the Divisional Quality Assurance Manager will also champion the development of a culture that allows the Circular Plastics Australia sites to meet the required food industry standards including EFSA & FDA requirements, and FSSC 22000 certification. 

Your key responsibilities will be to: 

• Define and execute the quality assurance strategy to support the company's objectives and product quality goals.
• Lead the development of quality policies, procedures, and best practices. 
• Oversee the evaluation and laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure they meet specified quality standards 
• Coach and support the site Quality Managers to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. 
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and optimize processes. 
• Implement and monitor quality metrics and performance indicators. 
• Champion the fostering of a culture of quality and accountability across the Division 
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and manage audits and inspections.

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in quality assurance or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in a food manufacturing or regulated industry. 
• Knowledge of FSSC 22000 certification requirements & understanding of EFSA & FDA requirements.

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Senior Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's operation with a high level of customer service provided at all times.  
 

What will you be doing?

• Assist and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office team and working closley with housekeeping, maintenance and Food & Beverage team
