Skills, Knowledge & Requirements:
- Min 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Perth WA based, with potential FIFO work required.
- Experience in programming/maintenance of control systems platforms (DCS or PLC) platforms including and not limited to Yokogawa (highly regarded), ABB (highly regarded), Emerson, Foxboro, GE PME, Allen Bradley ControlLogix, and Modicon Quantum
- Experience in programming/development of SCADA systems including Citect, FactoryTalk View, Ignition SCADA (highly regarded), etc.
- Experience in data management platforms (historian systems for data extraction and analysis) for industrial operations including OSI PI System (highly regarded)
- Operational experience with fixed plants and or mobile plants is highly regarded
- Experience working closely with control room operators and site operations
- Experience with commissioning activities
- Ability to analyse process data to determine ideal solutions
- Desirable relevant experience working within the mining and resources sector.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategic Advisory: Provide expert counsel to clients on advertising strategies, enabling the reach of target markets and creating consumer awareness.

· Campaign Coordination: Lead the coordination of advertising campaigns, managing specialised activities like artwork, copywriting, media scripting, and production, ensuring adherence to time and budget constraints.

· Consumer Analysis: Analyse consumer patterns, preferences, and behaviour data to interpret current trends and predict future market shifts.

· Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential market demand for new and existing goods and services. Collect, analyze, and interpret statistical information to enhance advertising strategies.

· Business Growth Support: Contribute to client business growth by executing marketing objectives, policies, and programs that align with organisational goals.

· Market Opportunities: Commission and conduct market research to identify opportunities for both new and existing services, offering strategic guidance based on findings.

· Holistic Marketing Advisory: Provide expertise across all facets of marketing, including product mix, pricing, advertising, sales promotion, and distribution channels.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field – at least 2 years -

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.

· Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

· Proficiency in market research techniques and tools.

· Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving.

· Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or relevant field.

• Working as part of a team and integrating with other project teams, commercial managers, contract administrators, technical advisors, clients, contractors and sub-contractors
• Monitoring, analysing, reporting and providing advice on commercial matters.
• Providing insight and advice on commercial and contract arrangements, financial forecasting, payments, contract management & controls, change management cashflow analysis and claims management.
• Strong understanding and experience with the Alliance contract model required.
• Interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages.
• Provide and drive the direction of the strategic, operational and technical diagnosis of the client needs.
• Support client’s organisation and senior management in improving their capacity to develop and deliver major projects and programs efficiently and effectively.
