About the opportunity

Reporting to the Information Security Manager, the System Security Engineer will be responsible for improving the safety and security at Littlepay. You will be working with the security team to make sure our enterprise tools are secure and well operates.

Day to day, you’ll:

• Manage and secure our various mobile devices using MDM
• Manage mobile device deployments and configurations
• Securely provision and configure mobile devices
• Monitor and track mobile device activity
• Manage our Identity and Access Management system. Applying policies and security controls
• Secure the applications and collaboration tools used by the organisation
• Stay up to date with latest security technology and trends.
• Identify and assess security threats and vulnerabilities
• Respond to security incidents

You are a highly motivated and experienced System Security Engineer (we’re looking for at least 3 years’ experience ) with a strong knowledge of security principles and practices.

The successful applicant need not arrive with all of the required skills and knowledge from day 1, as we’ve built learning into our team practice with a day per week set aside for personal and professional growth. We’re open to many different skillsets, and candidates who can speak to any of these topics are folks we’d like to chat with:

• Experience with security technologies and tools

• Design solution options and present these to your team.

The successful candidate will have proven ability to develop good quality code that has high levels of test coverage. Programmatically configure cloud infrastructure and deploy services to staging and production environments. You are a good communicator and are able to address the issues that can occur through asynchronous dialogue or remote team members. You understand the software development life cycle and the Sinch MessageMedia processes that accompany it. You understand that being an engineer isn't just lines of code written. Solution options, planning, documentation, monitoring, automation and incident management are all part of the role. About the role

We are currently looking to fill a Field Service Engineer position to join our Melbourne branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and support of Colour and B&W print equipment and ancillary products with associated software & services solutions.

As a member of the Victoria Service Team, you will ensure customer satisfaction through on site corrective and preventative maintenance on customer equipment reporting to the VIC Service Delivery Manager.

Previous experience in the print industry, although desirable, is not essential for the right candidate looking to start their career in a hands-on technical role with fantastic learning and development opportunities.

To be qualified for this position, ideally your background and skills will comprise of the following:

• Your strong technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills and professional approach, as well as a positive attitude in dealing with customers, are essential attributes for this role.
