As the Customer Banking Specialist in our Albany Branch, you’ll: 

• Have in-depth conversations with every customer about how we can support their overall banking needs including Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial Advice  
• Support customers with enquiries, maintenance on accounts and process applications for credit products    
• Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers’ financial needs and identify any changes   
• Provide options for the customer through education & demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options  
• Problem solve & provide effective solutions whilst championing our processes, procedures & drive our risk-adverse culture

• Proven experience delivering exceptional Customer Service ideally in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality   
• Excellent communication skills & the ability to articulate financial terms in a clear way

About the Role

As an implementation specialist you will be working on the development requirement of Department of Education and Training Victoria. You will play a key role in working on the resolution of the Support ticket raised by School, participating in a requirement gathering workshop and providing estimate to complete minor or major enhancement.  You will also be working across all Education products and provide solution to the different customer on need basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Continually manage development requirement of Department of Education and training Victoria.
• Participate in requirement gathering workshop and provide estimation to the requirement via establish process.
• Complying with the Department of Education and Training Victoria process and policies.
• Discuss with the client regarding suitability of the requirement to their future needs and advise appropriate solutions.
• Investigate and resolve the tickets raised by DET VIC to support their school.
• Actively participate in DET VIC forums and team meetings
• Developing test cases and unit testing

Ideally you will

• Experience managing existing customer relationships
• In depth knowledge SQL Server, Database management and TSQL.
• Knowledge of visual basic or C, C++, or C#
• Able to work well to meet, and even exceed, KPIs
• Technical expertise working with the education products
• Able to manage and maintain pipeline and opportunities within DET VIC systems
• Ability to learn new language (Desirable CARL language)
• Skills in procedural programming language
• Able to take responsibility for customer needs and satisfaction
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
• Strong gravitas with liaising with internal and external stakeholders

The QC Analyst is a key member of the Quality Control department and actively participates in all QC related activities. This is a busy role within a fast-paced department; therefore, the QC Analyst will need to be flexible and a team-player.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all training relevant to the position and required tasks are completed and kept up to date. Use assigned initials within cGMP environment
• All documentation relating to Nelson’s products are kept within Quality Management System (QMS) and adhere to Data Integrity (see POL-002)
• Understanding and adhering to cGMP environment requirements
• Sample and test all incoming raw materials according to in-house specifications and methods of analysis
• Test all finished products according to approved in-house specifications and methods of analysis including Spatone as required by the approved SOP
• Carry out environmental monitoring.
• Ensure that all laboratory tasks are performed in keeping with Good Manufacturing Practices and ensure that the laboratory is maintained in a clean and tidy condition.
• Support validation activities in the lab - equipment and methods.
• Carry out line checks on production activities and perform the relevant in-process checks, ensuring that such activities are in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Perform analyses, examinations or investigations as required.
• Collect results from third party lab as required
• Contribute to the investigation of consumer complaints as required.
• Ensure all data is stored and managed correctly
• Ensure any out-of-specification results (OOS) are investigated as per the relevant SOP
• Ensure all required retained samples are managed correctly
• Ensure that all chemical and consumable supplies are maintained in a safe condition
• Ensure the working environment is maintained in a clean and a safe condition
• Liaise effectively with staff from other departments
• Update documents as required
• Involvement in other QMS responsibilities as required as part of personal development

We would love you to have

• Education / Qualifications Degree level or above in a Science subject
• Experience in an analytical laboratory
• Ability to use work instructions and specifications for testing of products and raw materials
• A good appreciation of Good Manufacturing Practice
• Strong report writing skillls

Bonus if you have

• Basic knowledge of microbiology
• Experience or knowledge of HPLC and GC techniques
• Experience or knowledge of TLC techniques
