What Success Looks Like

In the role of Security Compliance Specialist, Tech GRC you will be part of a critical hub for Sales, Legal, Engineering, Compliance, Operation, and Marketing teams in presenting Adobe's security posture and overcoming customer security objections and concerns.

• Minimum 5-8 years of related security compliance assessments, IT/Cloud auditing, and control testing experience.

Morning

On the road

What’ll you’ll be doing

• Use your mechanical expertise to conduct a range of vehicle inspections for retail customers, dealers, and other business clients.
• You’ll be responsible for contacting customers to book in inspections and liaise with owners, sellers and buying customers about their inspection.
• We love technology so you will be documenting the outcomes of your inspections on our digital app. 

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for various software applications.
• Utilize industry-standard automated testing tools and frameworks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the testing process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into automated test cases.
• Contribute to the overall test strategy and test planning activities.
• Work closely with the QA team to identify areas suitable for automation testing and develop strategies for implementation.
• Execute automated test scripts and analyze results to identify defects and ensure the quality of the software.
• Generate comprehensive test reports and communicate test results to relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with developers to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve identified issues.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging tools, and technologies related to test automation.
• Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
• Create and maintain documentation related to test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
• Document and report defects in a clear and concise manner, including steps to reproduce.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in automation testing.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Extensive experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Selenium) would be a plus.

What you’ll do

The Governance, Risk and Compliance Advisor is to act as the subject matter expert and thought leader in establishing, governing, and managing information security activities within Datacom ACT.

Your key responsibilities as a Governance, Risk and Compliance Advisor are:

• Identify, develop and implement Security processes, standards and policies
• Work closely with our internal business units to ensure the application of security controls that meet Datacom and business requirements, and align to the Datacom Information Security Plan
• Work closely with our internal business units and clients to ensure adherence to Information Security Manual (ISM) and The Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF)
• On-going auditing, monitoring and improvement of security controls, including the development of Threat and Risk Assessments (TRA), System Security Plans (SSP), and Security Risk Management plans (SRMP).
• ISO27K framework and knowledge of building and running an Information Security Management System (ISMS)
• Providing guidance, education, and training to ensure adherence and compliance (people, processes, and technology)

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience in information security, audit, assurance, governance, risk or compliance and a sound understanding of information security principles, polices and standards
• The GRC Advisor must have a detailed knowledge of agency specific and Australian Government protective security policy, principles, and minimum standards, and be provided with opportunity to maintain this knowledge
• Some technical knowledge to make informed decisions about business risks from vulnerabilities
• Ideally, you will be industry certified and may even hold a CISSP, CISM, MS or equivalent certifications.
• Experience in developing and administering an information security program (desirable).
