As a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will offer thought leadership and implement innovative strategies to help OUA expand across new and existing digital channels. You will leverage performance marketing automation tools and reporting systems, focusing on detailed optimisation, integrating these campaigns into the broader strategy, and managing paid media budgets effectively.

Here’s a glimpse into your day-to-day

• Drive growth and acquisition by generating new site visitors and increasing high quality leads through targeted paid media strategies.
• Collaborate with a peer to manage activation campaigns across Search, Social, Display, and Video channels, ensuring effective budget management to meet performance targets.
• Support end-to-end paid media campaign management including planning, execution, measurement, and optimisation based on key performance metrics such as cost per, conversion rate and ROAS.
• Develop and test campaign hypotheses, forecast results, and conduct post-campaign analysis to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Use data insights to enhance paid media performance with a focus on improving the customer experience and achieving growth objectives.
• Optimise the technical aspects of OUA’s paid media efforts, including managing and troubleshooting tagging and measurement systems for accurate data collection and reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to develop and implement technical solutions that align with performance marketing goals and drive business success.

• A track record in performance marketing, with expertise in both strategic planning and hands-on execution of paid media campaigns.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and biddable automation and performance platforms.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively identify and resolve technical issues.
• Technical proficiency in tag management systems and digital analytics tools, specifically Tealium & GA4.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts and marketing terminology for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to succeed both autonomously and as part of a cohesive team; and
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, ever-evolving environment, with the ability to navigate ambiguity in performance marketing contexts.

What you'll do

Working in our Claims team as part of the Customer Operations function, this is an exciting role where you will:

• Be an advocate for our customers and keep them updated on each step of the process
• Manage customer claims to fulfilment and return the customer to their pre-claim position
• Communicate with customers via phone and email
• Accurately assess coverage and make determinations on Car claims
• Help our customers through natural disasters with empathy and patience
• Determine liability based on the information provided and refer recovery opportunities onto our recovery partners
• Think outside the box by seeking additional information to validate events
• Work closely with our suppliers by maintaining relationships to ensure the best outcomes for our customers
• Maintain a high standard of compliance and ethical decision making.

About the opportunity

Join our Xplor Education Vertical as Onboarding Specialist in Melbourne to make a real impact every day. We say that because we know that every conversation we have, every code line we write and every interface we design is another opportunity for us to enrich our customers’ experiences.

Reporting into the Onboarding Team Lead, you’ll help new customers get their business optimally set up on the platform, trained on its use, and ensuring their journey is as easy and simple as possible. Some of the other responsibilities you’ll have:

• Manage post-sales process for customers using strong product knowledge, relationship-building, and project management skills 
• Act as a trusted advisor for new and existing customers by guiding them through the implementation and adoption of the full Xplor product suite 
• Collaborate with the Account Executives (Sales) during the customer’s transition to the post-sales team 
• Ensure a smooth transition from Onboarding to Support once the service is live. 
• Work with the data team to migrate data across from other systems during the initial onboarding 
• Project management of the customer's schedule and onboarding timeline according to launch 
• Provide technical guidance to help customers use the system successfully 
• Provide customer training through the onboarding process and maintain training documentation  
• Proactive outreach to assigned customers regarding any known product issues or updates 

For this position, we offer a hybrid and flexible working model, where you will spend 2-3 days per week in the office and the rest working from home.

As a Dispute Resolution Specialist, you will play a central role in how we consider and resolve complaints. You will: 

• Review complaints from consumers and small businesses that have not been resolved directly with the financial firm
• Work with consumers and financial firms to gather information and understand the core issues
• Apply a sound understanding of the AFCA complaint resolution criteria including relevant legal principles, applicable industry codes or guidance, good industry practice and previous AFCA decision to resolve financial complaints fairly and efficiently
• Utilise alternative dispute resolution methods to help parties resolves complaints by negotiation
• Investigate complaints that cannot be resolved by negotiation and produce preliminary assessments and draft decisions in Plain English.

• Strata title insurance

As a Senior Dispute Resolution Specialist in General Insurance, you will leverage your expertise in negotiation, conciliation, and case work investigation to ensure fair and efficient resolution of financial complaints. Working alongside a dedicated team, you will review complex complaints from consumers and small businesses that have not been resolved directly with the financial firm. Your objective will be to impartially negotiate fair outcomes, ensuring that all parties involved in the general insurance industry are satisfied with the resolution.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Review and investigate complaints from consumers and small businesses
• Gather information and understand the core issues of the complaints
• Determine key issues and gather further information from complainants and third parties
• Apply AFCA complaint resolution criteria and relevant legal principles to resolve complaints fairly and efficiently
• Mentor and provide guidance to staff members in complaint resolution and casework management, ensuring consistent high-quality service.
