As the Community Engagement Officer, you will:

• Lead and support the 3D Youth - Youth Reference Group to ensure authentic youth engagement
• Enhance mental health literacy among youth, friends, families, and the community
• Plan and execute group programs for young individuals across headspace Dandenong and Hastings
• Develop health promotion activities focusing on mental well-being and social interaction
• Implement initiatives targeting youth populations to encourage early help-seeking
• Cultivate engagement activities for CALD, ATSI, and LGBTIQ youth
• Establish partnerships and alliances for young people aged 12-25
• Manage administrative tasks and social media for headspace Dandenong and Hastings

About you
To excel in this position, you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in youth work and community engagement
• Qualification/s in Health Promotion, Public Health, Community Development, Social Science, Social Work, or related discipline
• Highly developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Previous engagement with Youth Reference Groups (preferred)

• Work in partnership with the Youth Health Clinic Practice Team Leader to create and maintain medical records for all clients

Your New Role

Based at frank green Operations in Dandenong South our Accounts Payable Officer is a key player in our finance team. You'll be ensuring the seamless flow of financial transactions, collaborating closely with the Finance Manager, you'll tackle various responsibilities, such as invoice processing, reconciliations, and maintaining positive vendor relationships. Your attention to detail and financial acumen will contribute to the overall efficiency of our finance operations.

Your Day to Day

• Efficiently process a high volume of invoices, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships, address inquiries, and promptly resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of vendor statements, ensuring accurate accounting records.
• Process employee expense reports, verify receipts, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Execute payment runs in multiple currencies, managing cash flow considerations.
• Stay updated on taxation and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance in accounts payable activities.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, invoices, and payment documentation.

Your Skills

• Precise data review and analysis skills for accurate financial transactions.
