• Contribute to briefs, production and on-shoot management of all asset capture, e.g. video and still shoots
• Work collaboratively with the in-house design team to ensure campaign creative and all branded collateral is created and executed in adherence to brand guidelines
• Ensure website content is kept up to date and aligned with campaign communication and initiatives, in conjunction with the Digital Performance Manager
• Support the development of a social media strategy, managing the social media calendar, content publishing, ongoing community engagement and management

In this role you will split your time across Monatro and our office in North Terrace, Adelaide. You know how to deliver results through powerful marketing campaigns. You are a passionate marketer with experience in the hospitality and tourism Industry, preferably in hotels. You will have the proven ability to think strategically and deliver operationally. You will have success in managing multiple campaigns and you will have the ability to think differently, creatively and through a guest-centric lens. About the Role:

The Executive Director (Programs) will co-lead the organisation with the Executive Director (Operations), reporting to the Board and working closely with the leadership team. This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering impactful programs, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Leadership and Delivery

• Design, implement, and evaluate innovative programs aligned with the company’s mission.
• Ensure program outcomes meet strategic goals and contribute to broader organisational impact.
• Adapt strategies to accommodate a fast-paced work environment with long-term outcomes.

2. Stakeholder Engagement and Advocacy

• Cultivate relationships with government agencies, industry leaders, policymakers, and other stakeholders.
• Advocate for the company’s  mission through public representation and strategic partnerships.
• Navigate stakeholder expectations, particularly in the non-profit and corporate sectors.

3. Strategic Planning and Governance

• Collaborate with the board and leadership team to refine strategic plans and set measurable goals.
• Provide clear, actionable insights to inform governance and organisational decisions.
• Balance big-picture strategic oversight with detailed operational guidance.

4. Team and Resource Management

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and adaptability.
• Support team members’ development and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
• Oversee resource allocation to optimise program and organisational efficiency.

More Information:

• Location: Melbourne, VIC
• Type: 4 days per week (0.8 FTE)
• Hybrid model: 3 days in Melbourne office and 1 WFH (Monday mandatory for team meetings).
• Office space: Co-working space in North Melbourne alongside impact organisations.
