The Purpose:
As Product Management Lead you will be responsible for the strategy, management and optimisation of certain products and services within the Business Payments product portfolio, with a specific focus on BPAY, PayID and the development of a new Confirmation of Payee service. Over time, product responsibilities may change or expand according to the needs of the team.  

As the business owner for the products/services within your portfolio you are responsible for developing action plans and identifying key initiatives to drive adoption and take up of the products/services and identifying opportunities for optimising performance and product enhancements.

This is what you’d be required to do:

• Execute on an agreed set of priorities for BPAY including identifying portfolio opportunities, operational process improvements and potential changes to product pricing 
• Focus on opportunities to drive take up and adoption of PayID and have business ownership for the development of the Confirmation of Payee service
• Be accountable for execution of strategies, action plans and key performance metrics for products under your responsibility, in close consultation with AP+ members
• Identify new product enhancements, including process improvements, to support the future growth and adoption of the relevant products and services
• Work with the AP+ Marketing team on product marketing plans and initiatives
• Work with AP+ Technology team to deliver on key product enhancements and operational improvements   

We’d love to hear from you if you have;

• Robust experience in product management/product strategy/ stakeholder management roles within the payments industry  
• Specific payments knowledge and experience including technical understanding, and ideally encompassing corporate and B2B payments. Knowledge of bank receivables products would be an advantage   
• Experience in analysing product/marketing data and customer insights  
• Demonstrated experience analysing and interpreting product, market and financial information including ability to understand commercial and pricing models, and make fact-based decisions 
• Excellent team collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key external stakeholders   
• Excellent communication skills, particularly written (presentations, articles, marketing collateral etc.) 
• Ability to translate strategy into operational and tactical activities, assess progress and adapt tactics and plans accordingly 
• Proactively solve problems to effect change, make informed decisions and take responsibility   
• Strong business acumen – commercial, pricing, competitor analysis

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Designer for a investing service company. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers to design new products, solve customer problems, and optimize product outcomes. You will also take charge of the design process from initial sketching to delivering final designs.

The Commercial Products team manages a fleet of custom-built systems and third party product integrations  that perform critical functions for our Sales Operations, Traffic, Finance, Programming and Presentation teams, which make it possible for us to sell and traffic ads into our linear broadcasts schedules. In other words, our systems are core business critical systems that manage all revenue associated with broadcast.

You’ll be leading an organisation made up of 4 squads, each with its own engineering manager, software engineers, quality engineers, and iteration manager. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Product Design Manager to the EC Digital team at AECOM. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of computational design solutions within our engineering company. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation in our product offerings by leveraging cutting-edge computational design technologies. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, a keen eye for market trends, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

You will own the development programme for a portfolio of custom-built internal tools, where you will be the critical interface between the business, our software development team, and our technology partners. Your initial focus in this role would be managing the Computational Design development programme collaborating with the Technical Lead, but the role will extend to other programmes over time.

Product Manager (Self-Service)

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Within Airport IT, Self-service and automation technology is slated for exponential growth with wider self-service and biometric adoption expected in the coming years. Industry reports suggest that Self check-in kiosk will grow by 27.8% between 2020-2025 and self-service Bag drop market is forecast to grow by 421% by 2030. Biometric adoption is forecast to ramp up over the next five years, averaging 140.3% growth across the market (Valour Consultancy Ltd, 2021).

You will be part of the Passenger processing - Self-Service product management team responsible for a portfolio including Self-service airport kiosks, bag drops and biometric solutions. Our end to end solutions include both software and hardware.

Your core product management team and main engineering counterparts will be based in Australia. Your responsibility and reach will be global; collaborating with customers, engineering teams, accounts team in all geographical markets & locations.

As a Product Manager, you will drive product success and development:

- Financials and opportunity Management

• Value analysis: the Product Manager builds a view on the key elements of our solutions or potential solution to bring value to the targeted market and the ability to quantifying using a variety of techniques. This will require the ability to create estimation using informed assumptions as often the detailed data analysis is not really possible.

• Understanding of the market (various segments and rough view on the sizes) and potential pipeline and targets. As a result the Product Manager will also maintain the product packaging for optimum performance based on the markets. Perform competitive analysis of other market solutions potential 3rd party solutions available on the market.

• Pricing: especially with new products this can prove an uneasy activity if not handled structurally and combined with the fact that there is a significant amount of subjectivity. The key aspect is to show how pricing/revenue can be maximized. Pricing is driven by the value generated and/or the willingness to pay. A product manager is key to help drive this willingness to pay by demonstrating the value of the product and convincing the customers and markets. The construction costs only come as a last measure and mostly as part of a business case validation.

• Business Case: The Product Manager prepares and maintains the business case for products, evolution and packaging.

- Act as an advocate for product management practice

• Create product awareness across the different internal teams and help build a product management practice

• Ensure close co-ordination with the other Airport IT Product Management teams at all times.

• Evaluate feasibility and viability for new products and large feature development - following a stage gate process

• Support product marketing and strategy (business opportunities, competitive analysis, product launch and go to market strategies)

The Purpose:

You will be taking on a 12-month role as a Product Manager for Retail Payments within our Retail Payments team. You will be responsible managing products and services across its lifecycles within the Retail Payments portfolio. This involves product management and performance monitoring of debit card issuing, channel enablement and upcoming retail products. You will also collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product scaling adoption, development and future enhancements. You will support product management activities with our customers and end users to extend AP+ products and services to drive increased transaction volume, revenue streams and market share. 

You will be responsible for:

• Lead end-to-end coordination of action plans for Retail Payment products through the full product lifecycle, driving transaction growth and enhancing customer experiences.
• Assist with driving product adoption and usage including working with the AP+ Marketing team to develop collateral for Retail Payments portfolio.
• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with AP+ Strategy.
• Develop and monitor appropriate reports and dashboards for product performance. 
• Undertake analysis of Retail Payments products and services using product intelligence, market research and business data.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of Retail Payments products and services to facilitate the scaling and management of our products and services. 
• Support prioritisation of new ideas and initiatives for Retail Payments product development that the message is effectively conveyed.
• Work with Compliance and Certification teams to manage product lifecycle and compliance activities.
• Engage with key external stakeholders (e.g. customers, industry bodies, and service providers) as required and in conjunction with other key AP+ representatives on specific topics or issues relating to your product portfolio.
• Manage inbound inquiries and interest from third party organisations.
• Work with other parts of the AP+ organisation to explore and execute on opportunities to integrate with other AP+ capabilities.

In order for you to be successful in the role, you’ll have:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in product management.
• Demonstrable experience in positive stakeholder management and sound relationship management of third parties.
• A track record delivering, scaling, growing and retiring a portfolio of B2B products in market.
• Experience in managing a diverse product portfolio and sound understanding of product strategy and product development.
• Demonstrated experience analysing and interpreting product, market and financial information and make fact-based recommendations.
• Experience analysing customer insights and determining future research needs to inform project / product development.
• Specific payments or card knowledge and experience.
• Understanding of end-to-end payments network across the entire value chain.

This role is part of our Platform product organization, responsible for the foundational capabilities of the Now Platform, which are at the center of every “out-of-the-box” ServiceNow solution. We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Commercialisation Manager (Rich Media
& Display) to create profitable, high quality, relevant and compelling display and rich media led product solutions across Nine’s digital portfolio that drives revenue generation through the sales teams.

You will be responsible for delivering new market-leading solutions, embedding them within Nine’s broader product set and supporting the sales function in generating revenue from display and rich media.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
