About the role
The role will include:

• Create awareness of and develop the Ivory Group brand across Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra.

As Sr. Clinical Specialist promotes defined products and clinical support to Certified Product Trainers (CPT) and Allied Health, In conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM), Clinical Specialist Manager (CSM) and Territory Manager (TM). In this role, you will provide technical support for business users of the RSLLC rostering system, promote effective and correct usage, and serve as the system administrator. Your Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and report on compliance adherence, processes, and procedures.
Manage incidents and service requests related to reporting, system errors, and access needs.
Own and maintain business system processes, including the development of end-user support documentation.
Collaborate with L&OD and IT teams to develop and maintain knowledge articles and support documentation.
Assist in reporting requests and advise on system impact, changes, and upcoming releases.
Manage change and service requests with vendors, including testing and validation activities.
Assist in training and coaching users as needed.
Provide input for procedures and processes to maintain documentation quality.
Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and enhance business performance and compliance.
Assess and monitor risks related to business systems, ensuring regular reporting updates.

Who are you:

Experienced in providing business systems support.
Working knowledge and experience with UKG, AlayaCare, or similar systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in application ownership, configuration, and daily support.
Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
Demonstrated strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and synthesize information from various sources.

Key Responsibilities:

About the Role

As an implementation specialist you will be working on the development requirement of Department of Education and Training Victoria. About the Job

This role is accountable for the overall Investments data product vision and roadmap ensuring this not only delivers business needs, supports the execution of the Investments strategy, and ensures the platform is scalable and resilient.

Accountable for defining and developing the product roadmap to deliver on Investments team user needs for data, analytics and reporting.   Will define the vision and lead the experience for their product; driving to lead the market and ensuring a process of ongoing iterative improvement in line with the wider Investments strategy. 

The role is embedded, and will work day-to-day, within the cross-functional Investments Services and Transformation enablement function.

Vision, roadmap, and priorities is set by a product owner in consultation with the Investments Business and head of Investment Services and Transformation and the Investments Data Governance & BAU lead. 

The team will contain the skills required to deliver working solutions to end-users (including, but not limited to, analysts, quality assurance, scrum master, etc).  

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

• Accountable to create and maintain the Investment data strategy, leading a team of BA’s, analysts, and BI specialists.
• Drive the product roadmap of the investments data ecosystem to deliver data driven analysis, reporting, and insights
• Accountable as the Data Product Owner for Investment Transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment of program deliverables to broader data roadmap and capability uplift targets.
• Acts as a conduit between Investment Change Portfolio Delivery & wider Investment Team.
• Manage and develop the product roadmap for relevant products to deliver on business and user needs including working closely with the project team members to align with both the organizational vision and strategy as well as the enterprise data & analytics strategy. 
• Extensive product research to evaluate competitor activity, strategies, and emerging market trends locally and globally.
• Ensure that product roadmap decisions are based on a ‘test and learn’ approach where feedback from stakeholders is incorporated into future product development cycles.
• Ensure product vision is clear, documented, and communicated including collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and responsible for driving buy-in with senior executive team for product roadmap / vision. 
• In collaboration with business analyst, define, identify, and document detailed business requirements and functional content features needed to meet requirements. 
• Collaborate closely with development team(s) to ensure that solutions delivered are resilient, scalable, and performant.  Ensure that data technical debt is managed effectively and that all aspects of the product development process are running smoothly.
• Provide thought leadership on the implementation of Data solutions to ensure the right balance between speed-to-value and sustainable, scalable solutions.
• Work closely with the stable team to ensure they understand the “what” and the “why” in backlog and story prioritization. Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories. 
• Own and direct the design of the Investment data architecture, collaborating with the architecture team to continuously plan the ongoing target state and scope of the Investment Reporting and Analytics platform.
• Active participation in Product Community of practice to support incremental maturity of organization's product team capability.
• Lead business engagement, driving change and aligning Data with enterprise needs through a strong ability to build, establish, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Manage demand and engagement processes, data sourcing and continuous product delivery.

• Manage a book of digital renewals as the primary or secondary driver in close alignment with the Digital Sales Representative.
• Develop win/win negotiation strategies that maximize contract value while enhancing the customer relationship and the value they are realizing from ServiceNow.
• Engage independently in customer conversations around renewal timing, pricing, legal, and general customer needs.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate account management capabilities to guide renewal closure.
• Maintain an understanding of ServiceNow licensing models to provide both sales and customer assistance in licensing discussions.
• Monitor customer health metrics to identify risks. Develop risk mitigation strategies and guide appropriate actions with partner teams.
• Own renewal forecasting cadence and opportunity management and ensure forecast is accurate and escalate risk as needed.
• Connect with customers on multi-year contracts to ensure continued engagement and customer value realization.
• Present renewal proposal(s) and customer options and notify customer of upcoming contract expiration.
• Work with Legal, Deals Desk, and Sales Operations to resolve complex issues regarding approval and finalization of executable OF.
