Here's what you'll be doing:

• Identify, categorise, escalate and manage Major Incidents providing effective oversight and governance.  
• Coordinate technical teams and vendors to ensure a focused, timely resolution to Major Incidents.
• Act as the central point of contact for Major Incidents providing regular updates and fielding queries from key stakeholders.  
• Oversee company adherence to SLA’s day-to-day to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded. 
• Coordinate resources and investigations to ensure timely resolution of Problem records to minimise impact on clients.  
• Identify trends in incidents to address recurring issues proactively, collaborating with relevant teams for long-term solutions. 
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations. 
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver the best quality solutions.

Here's what you'll bring:

• Intermediate experience in IT service management, preferably within an MSP environment. 
• Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and ITSM frameworks supported by ITIL certifications. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to IT and non-IT stakeholders. 
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to meeting tight deadlines. 
• Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment to prioritise accordingly. 
• Strong interpersonal skills, intellectual rigour and curiosity, and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 

We would also require the ideal candidate to participate in a 24/7 on call roster.

Step into a pivotal role within our Compliance team at the Canberra Head Office, where your contributions will have a direct impact on both the day-to-day operations and the execution of key corporate projects. Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of the team and reporting directly to the Compliance Manager, you will:

• Support the management of our operational compliance and risk program, ensuring RFM meets all AFS licence, ASX, and Corporations Act obligations.
• Organise and manage key documents and tasks within our compliance system.
• Maintain and update essential compliance registers.
• Foster a culture of compliance, promoting adherence to legal, regulatory, and fiduciary duties.
• Prepare reports for the Internal Compliance Committee and the Board.
• Assist in updating and finalising policies, managing version control, and driving process improvements.
• Provide crucial support with verification, due diligence, and document production.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills, particularly when working with external service providers.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• A Certificate in Governance Practice or Governance and Risk Management is a plus.
• Qualifications or progress toward a degree in commerce, management, law, corporate governance, or similar fields are highly valued.
• Experience with compliance or legal matters, particularly within financial services, is an advantage.
• Project planning or management skills are also desirable.

The PAM Engineer plays a crucial role in enforcing least privilege principles, supporting compliance requirements, and enhancing the Cuscal’s overall security posture by safeguarding privileged credentials and preventing potential insider threats.

Here’s some more insight into what you’ll work on,

Design and Implementation of PAM Solutions:

• • Lead the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Privilege Access Management systems.
  • Design and implement secure processes for managing privileged credentials, including password vaulting, session monitoring, and multi-factor authentication for privileged accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and business units, to ensure PAM solutions meet organizational needs and regulatory requirements.

PAM Operations and Administration:

• • Monitor and manage daily operations of PAM systems, ensuring the availability, performance, and security of privileged accounts.
  • Manage the lifecycle of privileged accounts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, rotation, and auditing of credentials.
  • Conduct regular reviews of privileged access rights and ensure accounts adhere to the principle of least privilege.

Incident Response

• • Investigate and respond to any security incidents or anomalies related to privileged access
  • Collaborate with the incident response team to ensure proper handling and mitigation of privileged account-related incidents.

Compliance and Auditing:

• • Ensure PAM processes and systems comply with regulatory frameworks and standards (e.g., CPS234, PCI-DSS, NIST).
  • Maintain audit logs and generate reports on privileged access activities for security and compliance purposes.

About the role:

As a Product Analyst focused on Growth at Ignition, you will play an important role in enabling the Growth Group to make data-driven decisions. You'll support key stakeholders in understanding and using analytics tools like Amplitude, Segment, and Avo, empowering them to perform routine analysis independently while you provide additional support on more complex and impactful data initiatives.

Reporting to the Head of Data and Analytics, your role will centre around ensuring data accuracy and delivering meaningful insights that align with growth objectives. You'll collaborate with Product Managers and other team members to provide technical guidance, all while fostering a culture of self-sufficiency in data analytics within the group.

What your day to day will look like:

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and the Head of Growth to understand key product goals, user behaviour, and growth objectives
• Assist Product Managers in using analytics tools like Amplitude, enabling them to perform routine data analysis independently while supporting more complex queries
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for analytics tools such as Amplitude, Segment, and Avo, providing best practices and technical support
• Develop and maintain tracking plans to ensure accurate and effective data capture for product and growth analysis
• Ensure that data governance and tracking processes are followed, addressing challenges and ensuring data quality
• Work closely with Data Engineers and other analysts to align data infrastructure and governance with product needs
• Present insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders, ensuring both technical and non-technical audiences can understand and act on them
