What you will do

UBI is seeking a highly motivated, passionate and driven individual to join our team. This role, reporting directly to the Global Head of Marketing, will be responsible for our revolutionary handheld wine analyzer, SENTIA™ (https://sentiaanalysis.com/) , developed to simplify and elevate the wine testing process for winemakers globally. By leveraging advanced electrochemical technology, SENTIA enables real-time, accurate analysis, helping winemakers make informed decisions throughout the winemaking process.

As the Product Specialist, you will drive optimization of the total Sentia solution and work with the product development team to develop new offerings (and/or improve existing) to expand the Sentia suite. Typical activities also include, key opinion leader development, customer-centric product development, and troubleshooting to improve existing offering.

Who you are

We are looking for a results-driven and proactive candidate who may be degree-qualified in Wine Science/testing background. You'd have at least 3 years' experience in wine-testing/making related roles. Your technical expertise in oenology/viticulture will blend scientific understanding with pragmatic analytical skills to excel in this role.

The role will perform (but not limited to) the following activities:

• Collaborate closely with R&D and winemakers/customers to continuously evolve SENTIA
• Foster community and advocacy for SENTIA with social media and other channels - champion SENTIA
• Undertake regular market research activities to identify trends and validate product enhancements
• Participate and contribute in the development of all sales & marketing initiatives, including trade shows and stakeholder presentations.

This role may be based out of HQ in Rowville, Melbourne, or fully remote in West Coast US (in/near wine regions preferred) you possess the ability to work autonomously, be customer-obsessed, detail-focused and data-informed – bringing experiences and skills such as:-

About The Role
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving retention and growth for Spacetalk Mobile (MVNO). • Work closely with development teams to clearly communicate product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Act as the primary liaison between the client and development team, ensuring a shared understanding of the product vision.
• Lead sprint planning sessions, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups, ensuring the team remains focused and aligned.
• Monitor and report on product progress, adjusting priorities based on feedback and changing business needs.
• Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and refine product roadmaps.
• Conduct user research and collaborate with UX/UI designers to create customer-focused solutions.

Your Role & Team

The Corporate team focusses on CreditorWatch’s core customers who range from $25m - $250m in annual turnover. The corporate function is the engine room of the business which includes business development and account managers in each state as well as a specialist team, with a representative focused on each product in our suite.

The Corporate Sales Manager is required to oversee and manage the Account Management team who are focussed on outbound activity, pipeline generation and monthly recurring revenue targets. A major part of the role is balancing these core KPI’s alongside the personal development and career progression of the team.   

In this role, you will be fully responsible for the sales performance of the team including relevant territory reviews, pipeline funnel management, forecasting and team development.

• 1-3 Years of Leadership Experience: Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing sales or account management teams, with a track record of achieving results. 

• Sales Funnel Expertise: Strong understanding of opportunity and lead qualification funnels, with experience optimising pipeline performance and driving conversions. 

• Coaching and Development: Demonstrated success in mentoring team members to achieve their goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 

• Forecasting and Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled in delivering accurate sales forecasts and using data insights to inform strategic decisions.
