The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess but not
Limited to:

- Determining, implementing and monitoring purchasing, storage and distribution strategies, policies ad plans
- Preparing and implementing plans to maintain required stock levels at minimum cost
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers to meet quality, cost and delivery requirements
- Monitoring and reviewing storage and inventory, to meet supply requirements and control stock levels
- Liaising with other departments and customers concerning requirements for outward goods and associated delivery
- Overseeing the recording of purchase, storage and distribution transactions
- Demonstrates effective communication and problem-solving skills

The ideal candidates must have an eye for details; show pride in their work as well as having a ‘can do’ attitude.

Skills & Attributes

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistic, Business or related field required
- Minimum of three years of work experience in purchasing related field preferred.

Salary range is $80,000 - $90,000pa commensurate with experience.

About the role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Systems Improvement SME to join the Santos team, based at our global headquarters in Adelaide. This position will be responsible for driving the continuous improvement of asset management systems, as well as identifying and implementing system improvements, enhancements and integrations in relation to maintenance activities.

Key accountabilities include:?
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document requirements.
• Analyse system configuration and data structures, develop solutions to optimise performance and functionality.
• Lead the development and implementation of key system enhancements to the asset management system suite of applications
• Facilitate or undertake data analysis of the Asset management system to ensure consistency of data in line with Santos standards, processes and, conventions.

About you
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in administering and configuring SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) modules. In addition, you will possess an ability to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships and will be well versed in business process maintenance.
Ideally, you will also possess experience in and a knowledge of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), SCM (Supply Chain) and Finance Modules, whilst a degree qualification, or an ability to demonstrate significant training and experience within directly relevant roles, within large corporate environments would be highly desirable. Furthermore, any experience in SAP certified tools such as Prometheus and NRX, whilst not essential, would certainly be looked upon favourably.

About the role:
Our company is searching for a suitable candidate for the position of contract administrator. To join our growing team, please review the list of responsibilities and requirements.

Responsibilities:
Will need to ensure field personnel are reporting time, equipment and materials according to contractual specifications and in compliance with policies in place and this log information into the system.
To provide daily input of timesheets, unit -sheet and invoices into the office accounting system
Will be required to implement and maintain a digital filing management system of all contractual documents.
Prepare invoices for submission to customers.
Respond to all office email and telephone queries and process accordingly in a timely and efficient manner maintaining full customer satisfaction at all times.
Prepare Sales and Purchase contracts.
Analyse potential risks involved with specific contract terms and liaise with management
Stay up-to date with legislative changes and coordinate with the necessary organisations for further information.
You will be required to manage majority of daily office operations and communicate with the contracts manager on a regular basis.
Work closely with Director in managing contracts and negotiating and renegotiating contractual arrangements.
Maintain a system for storing all contract documentation and generating renewals reminders.
Act as the principal point of contact for all external suppliers, contractors, and contractual employees.
Monitoring and reacting actively to progress or/and delay of the work orders.
Responsible for responding to external requests clients and overseeing onsite office arrangements.
Supports finance manager/accountant with audit and review of monthly payments assessing payments against agreed contractual rates by managing associated paperwork to payroll/timesheets (including weekly /monthly yearly reports) in timely and diligent manner
Manage client communications by promptly responding to emails and calls, addressing administrative matters, and handling compliments and complaints with tact and professionalism.
Collaborate with internal staff and external organizations to optimize business operations and achieve organizational objectives.
Utilize contract administration skills to create, review, and negotiate contracts for both individual and institutional clients in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Effective digital file management.

Candidate requirements:
· Candidate must possess strong experience in drafting agreements and legal correspondence.
· Must have good communication skills and be professional when discussing sensitive and confidential information with clients.
· Experience working within a team of 8 or more people.
· Must have knowledge of basic accounts and using accounting programs.
· Ability to perform routine work with excellent accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong sense of responsibility and follow-through.
