Our flagship campus is in Sydney. We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. But you have choice in where and how you work. That means if you want to do your thing in the office (if you're near one), at home or a bit of both, it's up to you.

The Admin Experience group focuses on delivering enterprise admin capabilities across Canva. This is critical to win large organizations and help Canva achieve our goal to empower every organization to design. Our group vision is to empower admins to unlock the full potential of Canva for their teams.

Organizations Team is a responsible for providing the foundations for multi-team capabilities, a critical capability for enterprises to structure their Canva account the way they need it.

Over the next few cycles, we’ll be making a significant improvement in our multi-team organization experience.

What you’d be doing in this role

• Develop, own and execute the roadmap and strategy for end-to-end user management for large organisations
• Serve as a domain expert on the user management needs of enterprises, districts & campuses
• Collaborate with Product Design and Content Design to provide a seamless, easy, and magical experience for admins so they can easily setup and manage large number of users in Canva
• Nurture an ongoing partnership with sales & success to understand customer needs and our top opportunities to develop a winning product strategy.
• Lead team alongside the Design and Engineering Lead, rallying them to buy into your product vision and roadmap and driving the team to deliver on those ideas.
• Work alongside a passionate, cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and marketers to execute the roadmap and deliver an amazing experience to our users.

You're probably a match if

You have a strong background as a product manager of a SaaS software product. Understanding of enterprise SaaS products is a huge plus.

Reporting to the Practice Delivery Manager Project Management, the Senior Project Manager is responsible for working with Project stakeholders to deliver successful Project outcomes by initiating, planning, leading and managing projects to deliver business solutions. This role will lead the office transformation and relocation project for our Sydney office, requiring monitoring and regular reporting on progress in line with Rest’s project delivery and governance frameworks.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

• Delivery – Manage projects from initiation through to closure, to ensure that projects are appropriately structured to achieve the maximum chance of success (time, budget, scope, quality).  Ensure efficient and timely monitoring and reporting to required stakeholders.
• Financial Management – Manage the preparation of project cost estimates for gating submission/funding approval, and subsequently manage and report project delivery against agreed costs, to; maximise operational efficiency, optimise the cost / benefits of resource mix, forecast and manage the cost impacts of scope change.
• Benefit Management –Monitor benefits against what was predicted in the business case and ensure all participants are informed and involved throughout the change programme. Awareness of dependences between the project and its benefits and actively managing these in liaison with the impacted REST business units.
• Stakeholder management – Engage, inform and negotiate with regulatory change stakeholders, particularly the sponsor, business owner, impacted Rest business units, vendors and parties responsible for the services after project completion, to identify, manage and monitor compliance with reform obligations.
• Project Governance – Adherence to Rest delivery methodology and governance framework to ensure stakeholders have a clear understanding of their role and that the required decision making and escalation processes are in place to help achieve the required outcomes.
• Partner and vendor management – Manage vendors to deliver solutions for the project to ensure adherence to schedule, quality outcomes, cost effectiveness, appropriate risk management and seamless integration with other project delivery streams, including:

• Define (in consultation with the legal team where appropriate) the commercial framework/terms;
• Monitor and report progress and performance against agreed deliverables and quality and performance expectations;
• Manage contractual performance and quality, ensuring project requirements are met effectively/efficiently and problems are managed and escalated when required.

• Risk and Issue Management – Effectively manage risks and issues by identifying and documenting risks and issues to projects and developing effective mitigation/management strategies according to Rest risk framework by:

• Leading and managing the identification of risks and impacts associated with project delivery.
• Managing and leading the development of risk mitigation plans
• Facilitating informed risk management decisions by reporting and communicating risk assessments and plans to the necessary stakeholders
• Direct the identification, monitoring, reporting and escalation of issues and/or problems associated project delivery, including challenging and influencing stakeholders as required to enable the achievement of project deliverables and benefits.

• Lead, mentor and guide project team members to:

• Ensure that resources are optimally utilised.
• Build capability across Rest on methods, techniques, and approaches to project management

Your skills and experience

• You have 3-4 years of experience working in an agency

• You are familiar with influencer marketing and how brands should leverage them across all stages of the funnel
• You are willing to travel abroad frequently
• Passion and/or experience working in gaming is favorable
• You are expecting an annual remuneration between $85,000 - $95,000 inclusive of Superannuation
• You are currently based in Sydney
