About the role

We are looking for someone to deliver and conduct Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance tests for the MedHealth Group on a monthly and quarterly basis to assess financial reporting controls and procedures.

Some of what you’ll be doing

• Implement processes to support the delivery of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance tests on a fortnightly, monthly and quarterly basis
• Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance tests are carried out within set timeframes as per MedHealth processes and procedures
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders to gather appropriate information to support testing
• Reporting and monitoring of non-conformances, working with the relevant business units to ensure timely corrective action
• Provide testing feedback and work with business units to ensure identified areas for improvement are addressed and actioned
• Assist with the development and implementation of new processes to ensure compliance standards  
• Review and support the development of internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant standards
• Actively identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Maintain a customer focus at all times and a commitment to deliver service excellence

The opportunity:

Our Technology team at AIA is growing and to support this growth, we are sourcing a Business Support Officer to provide organisational and administration support to our Technology Leadership and broader employee cohort. No two days will be the same in this role and the successful candidate will have exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work in a fast paced and continually changing environment. This opportunity can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney and a Hybrid work model is on offer.

To be successful you will:

• Build positive relationships and trust with key leaders to proactively anticipate their needs and ensure they are prepared and have the required documents in advance of meetings
• Manage business expenses of the CTO and Technology Leadership team
• Manage vendor contracts and payment as required
• Organise travel and accommodation bookings for CTO and Technology Leadership, in line with the AIA Policy
• Assistance and preparation of presentations to support CTO and GM’s
• Events and conference management as required including but not limited to venue, catering and invitations
• Offboard contingent/contract staff/vendor resources according to projects and BAU demands from collaboration with business SME’s, Project Managers and other technology partners
• Recruitment support, including collection and collation of information and documents as required
• Act as a point of contact for various staff requirements in and around the office
• Provide additional administrative support, mail management, calendar management and updating of distribution lists as required
• Engage with Executive Assistants to ensure consistency in support across the organisation and to work on joint projects & events

The Role

We’re currently recruiting for a Collections Officer to join our Docklands office, managing end-to-end Collection Activity for an assigned portfolio of Local and export Customers.

Reporting to the Collections Manager - Non-Grocery, your main responsibility will be to deliver efficient and effective management of several partner accounts, including timely processing of all payments and deductions whilst managing compliance with terms.

This is a Hybrid position, mixing between Bega's Docklands office and working from home arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Account Management for medium transactional Accounts across multiple sites.

• Management of all Customer Queries, and Reconciliations

• Daily / Weekly Payment Allocation.

• Timely processing of customer payments, remittances, deductions and associated follow-up

• Deliver on collection activity KPIs  

• Tradespend processing.

About you

• A strong customer focus and stakeholder engagement skills

• Accounts receivable and credit management and process knowledge

• Strong reconciliation skills and good knowledge about rebates and deductions.

• Experience with an ERP system, ideally SAP

• Ability to add value and input to continuous improvement projects.

Reporting to the Fleet Manager, the candidate will be responsible for driver/sub-contractor online training, co-ordination, and planning. This role is also responsible for maintaining compliance related records, in addition to 00% compliance across all PE Altona North fleets.

• Ensuring all contractors are enrolled in online compliance training and complete courses allocated.

The Role

On behalf of the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), AHA's team of data collection officers will work with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants to collect data that will help the NDIA measure the impact of the NDIS on its participants and inform quality improvements to the scheme.

The role involves making outbound calls to people with a disability who are registered with the NDIS (and/or a carer/family member) to collect accurate data about their experience of the NDIS.

Working days are Monday to Friday and the team work between 9am to 8pm. Each team member completes one 12-8pm shift per week, with the remainder being 9-5pm. There is the option for full-time or part-time hours (minimum 22.5 hours), with the possibility of ongoing work.

This is not a typical call centre role. The focus will be on engaging NDIS participants and families/carers with empathy and patience to collect high quality data. It is not just focused on efficiency and KPIs.

We're looking for people with the attitude and aptitude to utilise their skills in this important role. This role would be well suited to people who have worked in the disability, health, education or social services sector, or people who are currently studying in a relevant discipline.

Work arrangements
