Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager the Production & Supply Chain Analyst will provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making within the supply chain function. This role involves developing financial models, overseeing budgets, conducting performance reviews, and utilising data analytics tools to optimise supply chain operations and drive efficiency.  

Key responsibilities required for the role: 

Financial Modelling and Forecasting 

• Analysis and production of reports for the APAC manufacturing leadership team 

• Ensure production forecast loads are captured in Jack Links ERP (Microsoft BC), owning the process and improving the process.  

• Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to guide strategic decisions on projects.  

• Analyse Production data and Meat, Freight & Consumable price data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. 

• Support the development of CAPEX white papers to help optimise the conversion costs and improve EBITDA. 

Budget Management 

• Own the production Conversion Cost process for all APAC sites, collecting all relevant information and ensuring supply cost increases are captured and highlighted, with suggestions on how to minimise impact. 

• Oversee and analyse budgets, ensuring accurate allocation of resources and identifying cost-saving opportunities.  

• Own the production with the centralised accounting team to ensure that all P&L reports are accurate and timely for period end reporting.  

• Provide analysis of production item and site mix – actual vs budget 

• Monitor budget performance and provide recommendations for adjustments using Power BI or Power View dashboards 

Financial Reporting 

• Support the Commercial Manager in producing detailed financial reports for stakeholders. 

About the role:

As a Product Analyst focused on Growth at Ignition, you will play an important role in enabling the Growth Group to make data-driven decisions. You'll support key stakeholders in understanding and using analytics tools like Amplitude, Segment, and Avo, empowering them to perform routine analysis independently while you provide additional support on more complex and impactful data initiatives.

Reporting to the Head of Data and Analytics, your role will centre around ensuring data accuracy and delivering meaningful insights that align with growth objectives. You'll collaborate with Product Managers and other team members to provide technical guidance, all while fostering a culture of self-sufficiency in data analytics within the group.

What your day to day will look like:

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and the Head of Growth to understand key product goals, user behaviour, and growth objectives
• Assist Product Managers in using analytics tools like Amplitude, enabling them to perform routine data analysis independently while supporting more complex queries
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for analytics tools such as Amplitude, Segment, and Avo, providing best practices and technical support
• Develop and maintain tracking plans to ensure accurate and effective data capture for product and growth analysis
• Ensure that data governance and tracking processes are followed, addressing challenges and ensuring data quality
• Work closely with Data Engineers and other analysts to align data infrastructure and governance with product needs
• Present insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders, ensuring both technical and non-technical audiences can understand and act on them

What You’ll Do 

We currently have a permanent full-time opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join our Technology Engineering team where you will be the first level of support for any IT related matters across the NRMA Group. There is a strong focus on delivering exceptional service to our internal customers and ensuring tickets are resolved within the agreed service levels. The Service Desk Analyst is is to ensure all the required triaging is complete and captured before escalating any IT related matters to the relevant group. 

This role will be based from our Sydney Olympic Park and Sydney CBD offices.   

Specifically, your key responsibilities include: 

• Respond to all phone calls and tickets raised in the ITSM system within an acceptable time  
• Record all call and emails in ITSM call logging software 
• Ensure all tickets raised include all required information and escalating any tickets that cannot be resolved at first level to relevant support groups 
• Update customer of current status of support issues while providing a high level of customer service 
• Update Service Desk team leader before SLA expires in relation to logged support issues 
• Provide setup and support to end users including laptop/desktop, mobile phone, tablets and adhoc queries 
• Support the configuration of existing business applications on the Standard Operating Environment (“SOE”) 
• Research and provide information on technology issues to the team and other support groups 
• Monitor application performance and investigate failures and exceptions within the SOE procedures  
• Provide regular status update of daily operations and other relevant events related to the service desk 
• Create and update knowledge base, FAQ and procedures related to systems, services or applications.  

What You’ll Bring 

• Successful completion of an ITIL Foundation or equivalent certificate level qualification (preferred but not essential) 
• 2 years’ experience in providing technical support to a broad range of users in the corporate environment 
• Sound understanding of the IT infrastructure and systems operated by the Company 
• Intermediate to advanced understanding and skills with Office 365 applications 
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft applications 
• Experience in supporting Avaya phone system; Microsoft Azura; Microsoft 365 certification and Jira Service Management (preferred not essential) 
• Good analytical skills combined with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues 
• Developed written and verbal communication skills 
• High degree of organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise
