Assist in building and assembling wooden frameworks for cool rooms, refrigeration units, and structural supports.
Help install doors, panels, and shelving systems to specification.
Measure, cut, and prepare timber and other materials for assembly.
Work on bespoke carpentry elements tailored to specific client requirements.
Support routine inspections and repairs of wooden elements in existing refrigeration systems.
Learn to interpret technical drawings and schematics for accurate construction and assembly.
Assist in on-site installations, ensuring all work adheres to safety and quality standards.
Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring the workspace remains clean and organized.
Follow workplace health and safety guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Participate in formal training sessions and gain hands-on experience to develop carpentry skills.
