We are currently looking for an experienced Transport Administrator to assist and work directly in the day-to-day operations of our business based in Regency Park. This is a part time position with working days to be Thursday and Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm.

The Role

• Check on-forwarders invoicing and provide on-forwarding quotes for other depots.
• Manifesting.
• Liaise directly with clients daily.
• Receive and action any customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Invoicing.

About You

• Minimum 2 years administrative experience in a warehouse/transport environment.
• Strong communication skills that will allow you to liaise with varied customers.
• A strong proactive customer service approach.
• Reliable, can work independently with minimal supervision and be part of a team in delivering daily results.
• Experience in bookings and coordination transport with approved carriers.
• Understanding of operations process in a distribution company.
• Experience using Office 365.

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Transport Operations team as a Pallet Administrator. This is a 6-month fixed term contract with a view to permanent for the right candidate. 

In this role, you will utilise your experience in pallet control, reconciliation, resolutions, strong administrative skills, excel or google sheets and exceptional attention to detail to contribute to the efficient management of pallet movements within our platform. A process driven position with previous experience managing CHEP and Loscam pallets, we are looking for someone that can review and improve the current process to best in class.

Note - whilst this is a full-time opportunity for the right candidate we are open to part-time hours and/or flexible working hours. 

What You’ll Do

• Identify current process with a view to design and implement an efficient pallet control process for the Ofload Operations function
• Reconcile pallet movements and investigate and resolve any pallet queries or discrepancies
• Ensure all pallet movements are entered correctly and timely into relevant pallet management software (Palletwatch) 
• Provide accurate and meaningful reporting on pallet accounts
• Ensure agreements and SOPs are created and kept up to date for trading partners
• Training of team members of relevant pallet process while driving continuous improvement
• With a commercial and resolutions focused approach negotiate pallet management agreements and historical pallet movement claims, involving both internal and external customers and suppliers

We're looking for a dynamic person who can manage the many administration facets of the business including bookkeeping, job scheduling, social media and marketing management and work health & safety organisation.

- Proficiency in all aspects of bookkeeping; payroll, filing monthly BAS, invoicing and accounts payable & receivable

About the Role 

A Senior Project Administrator, playing a key role in the Professionals Services team, you will undertake a range of project research, analysis, reporting, implementation and administrative activities to support the development and delivery of projects.  You will also have the opportunity to manage and own suitably assigned internal and client facing projects as part of broader professional development opportunity.
