As a National Account Manager at UHG, you will be part of the Insurance Team who genuinely enjoy working together with a cross-functional team of operational staff for the purpose of building and maintaining a strong customer base with a leading company. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to build and maintain deep, sustainable relationships with our workers compensation and compulsory third party insurance clients to protect and grow revenue. This will be achieved through a relationship-based account management strategy and understanding of client needs and goals.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop a thorough understanding of the personal injury insurance market, customers’ positions in the market, their products/services, points of difference and the competitive landscape
• Account manage key insurance customers (including, but not limited to, manage day-to-day communication, stakeholder mapping, build multi-level relationships, account planning with focus on continuous improvement initiatives, customer site visits, service review meetings, presentations and demonstrations, proposal development, manage customer feedback, strategic use of data and participation in industry events, including occasional interstate travel)
• Cross-sell and up-sell to existing customers
• Drive innovation and product development to deliver on insurance customer needs
• Monitor customer performance against agreed customer SLAs and financial targets
• Conduit between customer and internal stakeholders to ensure that there is clear understanding of agreed service expectations

As the Digital Media Specialist you will support the Digital Media Leads in the planning, execution and optimisation of paid digital media activity across all campaigns and channels (SEM, affiliates, paid social, display, video, audio). Helping to drive digital media plans to achieve brand objectives such as awareness, consideration, and conversion/sales.

You will support the Digital Media Lead on larger briefs while being responsible for low to medium sized campaigns, as well as mentoring and training the Digital Coordinator to assist in activation and reporting of all activity.

• Support the Digital Media team in planning and buying of digital media. Play a key support role to the Digital Media Lead by partnering with supporting their relevant brand marketing teams.
• Responsible for developing strategic responses to briefs,  tactical planning (low to mid tier activity), execution, optimisation and measurement of paid digital media activity across all required campaigns and channels (Search, Affiliates, Social, Display, Video, Mobile, etc) 
• Inflight and post campaign budget management & delivery of reporting, as required by brand teams. Initiating and managing tactical test and learn opportunities.
• Responsible for the delivery of creative spec briefs for digital media channels, partnering with the creative services team
• Build a strong relationships with the broader Endeavour Marketing and eCommerce teams, our Media Agencies and our key digital partners. Influence key stakeholders to drive greater performance and mutual outcomes. Present campaign responses to cross functional teams and make recommendations on improving media effectiveness. 
• Be a key part of a culture of continuous improvement & optimisation 
• Have continued curiosity and interest in the evolution of digital media and technology, staying abreast of new advancements and bringing learnings and best practice to the team and our activity 
• Training and upskilling the Digital Coordinators, assisting them with workload and help them to prioritise tasks.
• Provide input into weekly updates to Marketing Leadership team on digital media performance results

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist in the review and update of Council’s Risk Management Framework to ensure consistent application across Council which pro-actively reduce or mitigate Council’s risk exposure.
• Review and follow up departmental risk management incident notifications.
• Conduct risk reviews across the organisation to ensure the elimination or effective management of risk.
• Assist the Risk Management Lead to deliver of a comprehensive training program for management, staff and contractors to ensure they meet their risk management obligations.
• Maintain a Council wide Risk Register to assist managers in performing their risk management responsibilities including strategic and operational risks.
• Coordinate the maintenance and review of the Council Risk System incorporating Council’s corporate and departmental risk registers.
• Assist in ensuring awareness of Council’s Fraud Control Policy and Fraud Control Plan, and contribute to their review and update.
• Assist the Risk Management Lead to develop Council’s Legislative Compliance framework, monitor Council activities for compliance with relevant legislative requirements, and manage the review and update of the relevant documents and processes.
• Assist with coordination of internal audit activities.
• Assist Risk Management Lead with the preparation of reports to the Audit and Risk Committee and action or follow up items raised.
• Assist the Risk Management Lead to develop, implement, maintain and provide advice and guidance on business continuity plans for the organisation.
• Assist the Risk Management Lead in the annual renewal of Council’s insurance portfolio, including tender processing where relevant.
• Assist the Risk Management Lead undertake the periodic insurance audits conducted by Council’s major insurers and conduct follow up reviews of recommendation actions.

The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role: 

• Tertiary qualifications in a Risk Management or related discipline with relevant experience or less formal qualifications and substantial relevant experience.
• Experience risk management, including privacy and Freedom of Information.
• Demonstrated research and investigative skills and the preparation of reports and policies.
• Experience in auditing, insurance and business continuity.
• High level of written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry standards.
• Ability to review, interpret and advise upon contracts, agreements, policies, procedures, and standards.
