Essential Skills & Qualifications;

Experience in the workshop-based environment.
Experience in diagnosing and maintaining machinery that includes the repair and overhaul.
Ability to use precision in measuring instruments to determine the accuracy, clearance and fit of assembled and fabricated metal parts.
Operating equipment and carrying out all work in a safe and efficient manner.
Carrying out production requirements as shown on Job Sheets and Manufacturing Work Instructions.
Preferred experience with conveyor pulleys and with overhead cranes.
Preferred forklift Licence.
Prerequisites;

Trade certificate in relevant trade
Preferred forklift Licence.

Responsibilities include:

Provide technical support to our team of condition monitoring technicians servicing our clients across power generation, oil and gas, refinery, health, process and other industries.
Plan and execute comprehensive field measurement studies, failure analysis, structural analysis, site audits and general engineering consultancy for our clients;
Diagnose equipment faults by evaluating condition monitoring and other data, and preparing comprehensive technical reports to our clients including recommendations for maintenance action;
Consult with clients and provide cost estimates for routine and specialist engineering investigations;
Forming part of a skilled and high performing Asset Integrity Engineering team, you will have the support of a progressive and experienced management team and be exposed to a variety of interesting and challenging work environments. We are seeking a motivated individual who will ideally possess the following:

Minimum qualification of a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) ;

Interest in condition monitoring, materials, failure analysis and structural integrity;
Analytical strengths, with good problem solving skills and a willingness to get your hands dirty required;
