About the role

• This is a Full time, Permanent role where you will work 7.6 hours x 5 days a week (6AM Starts)

• Provide administrative support to our workshops across the country including raising purchase orders to vendors and maintaining compliance standards and documentation

• Work closely with Schedulers to ensure 3rd party work is booked in promptly and accurately

• Word processing and data entry, and ensuring all records are kept and well documented

• Processing of workshop labour onto work orders, and accounting for daily, weekly and monthly business deadline and data submissions

• Ensuring all major expenditure is approved before purchase

• Processing administrative tasks for 3rd party maintenance, and using our inhouse systems to capture vehicle maintenance data accurately.

• Processing of service tasks and receipting into UNIBIS systems

• Receipting of orders into Unibis system of 3rd party maintenance, inventory and other type orders

• Reporting and Investigating Safety Incidents and Near Misses as they occur

We are currently seeking a service superstar with a passion for motivating a Team to join our dedicated Housekeeping Team as Housekeeping Supervisor.

We are hiring for multiple positions across regional Australian locations outside of Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.

As our next Housekeeping Supervisor, you will:

• Prepare the morning reports showing occupied, vacant, check outs and out of order rooms for the Housekeeping Department as required •    Assist the Head of Department with the productivity, motivation and development of all line Team Members within the Housekeeping department
• Be accountable to the Head of Department for maintaining the productivity of the department, within the budgetary guidelines
• Coordinate all work activities on a shift-to-shift basis, ensuring all department procedures are followed and daily tasks are completed according to the company standard
• Conduct daily departmental meetings to brief Team Members on activities and discuss any issues relevant to the shift
• Provide a complete and accurate hand over between shifts, communicating any requirements for subsequent shifts
• Assist in the preparation of housekeeping rosters, ensuring that optimum number of Team Members is achieved within budgetary guidelines and understanding visa condition and working rights
• Assist in the recruitment and selection of Team Members for the department, when required
• Organise skill training for housekeeping team members in conjunction with the Talent and Culture

• Conduct general inspections of the Property, recording the condition of property, plant and equipment and fixtures and fittings
• Ensure all chargeable and non-chargeable works are reported in Apollo or similar works tracker used at Property
• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining Department expenses (including wages), ensuring the Department is operating in a way that maximises profitability and within budgetary guidelines 
• Record the costs of repairs done by maintenance personnel and contractors accurately
• Plans regular maintenance and up-keep of all equipment and keeps accurate records, responsible for managing all planned maintenance projects
• Prioritises tasks according to urgency and importance

• Ensure that maintenance stores are kept at the required par stock level. Order stock as required and in a timely manner, liaising with suppliers to negotiate rates
