This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join our growing Real Estate Management Services team in Sydney CBD. This key role will build strong relationships with the clients and landlords to ensure that business objectives are met and expectations are exceeded. 

You will successfully achieve this by:

• Manage daily tenants matters, respond to all incoming requests, assist in resolving issues.
• Implement and maintain orderly lease administration, financial management procedures and overall reporting, including monitoring of all statutory charges.
• Control the collection and reconciliation of monies, including rentals, outgoings, and recoverable costs in conjunction with strict arrears management practices.
• Liaise with manager to co-ordinate operating and capital expenditure budgets, involving other key stakeholders in annual budget development where relevant.
• Liaise with tenants regarding lease administration and policies / procedures relating to occupancy issues.
• Manage all internal and external audit processes.
• Liaise with client’s solicitors to facilitate the preparation of appropriate lease and licence documentation as approved.
• Negotiation of new leases and lease renewals as instructed by client in accordance with Work process flows.
• Participate in the maintenance of a detailed property database providing summary details of property leases.

The Opportunity

In this hands-on, business critical role, you will be supporting the maintenance of our machinery, so that we can continue manufacturing our world class products and solutions for our valued customers.

You’ll be based at our Townsville site as well as the opportunity to manage projects across other branches within the region. You will be working to complete scheduled maintenance, you will also be required for call outs, after hours/weekend and shutdown hours. Shift will be day shift (6:00am – 2:30pm). Overtime is available and this position will be eligible for our bonus scheme as well as 14% Super.

What Will You Do?

In a role that impacts the safety of our people as well as the quality and reliability of our equipment and products, you will be the first and main point of contact when it comes to equipment and maintenance.

• ensuring stoppages, performance issues or breakdowns are rectified in a safe and timely manner.
• maintaining formal maintenance, change management, down time, and quality records in accordance with company requirements and procedures
• working consistently towards the completion of the electrical preventative maintenance schedule for the site
• diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues with plant and machinery
• working with our fitters to ensure continuous improvement initiatives are identified and introduced wherever practicable.
