About the Role

(Your Why)

The Service Delivery Manager role is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction is high by providing quality services delivered to customers in accordance with contracts. This role provides a single point of contact for clients in relation to the provision of contracted services and is responsible for aligning the customers’ requirements and expectations with Datacom’s service levels.

The key responsibility of the Service Delivery Manager is governance across all areas of a service(s) including service management, incident and change management, continual service improvement and customer satisfaction as well as playing a key role in ensuring the highest level of operational service delivery. You will be guided by the Senior SDM on daily tasks and governance activities. This role also holds Datacom to account for quality and customer experience.

• Detailed understanding of service management methodologies, processes and industry standards including the ITIL framework.
• A curiosity for understanding of customers’ business strategy and alignment to service value.
• Sound understanding of technical concepts and frameworks.
• Broad and deep understanding of technical infrastructure projects and related technology dependencies.
• Demonstrated experience of contract, commercial and financial concepts. .

The Role
In your role as the Business Development Executive - APAC, you will be instrumental in driving incremental business for Pepperstone, focusing specifically on the APAC Region. Your responsibilities will include acquiring new partners, such as Introducing Brokers (IBs), MAMM, and Trading-related Social influencers in the APAC Region. You'll be actively involved in establishing contact with potential business partners, nurturing relationships with them, and supporting clients referred by these partners.

Moreover, your role encompasses overseeing all marketing aspects of the Affiliate channel at Pepperstone, with a specific emphasis on targeting the APAC Region. Your broad marketing experience will be crucial in addressing the various facets of this dynamic role. A significant aspect involves supporting Affiliate acquisition in APAC through diverse marketing channels and maintaining consistent engagement with our existing and new affiliates, as well as internal stakeholders.

Your success in this role will be measured by the revenue generated from the introduced business. Collaboration with the existing APAC Sales Team is essential to facilitate overall business growth. As the Business Development Executive - APAC, you play a pivotal role in expanding Pepperstone's presence in the region and contributing to the success of the APAC business unit.

As our Business Development Manager - APAC, your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Actively searching for potential business partners, affiliates, and social influencers through online searches, attending offline industry events, and reaching out to them via calls, emails, and social media platforms such as WhatsApp, Lines, and WeChat.
• Understanding offerings from competitors, enables us to provide competitive deals to potential partners.
• Problem-solving client requests efficiently using your knowledge of our products, platform, and internal setup.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Negotiating with internal stakeholders to ensure the best service for the client.
• Using in-depth industry knowledge to develop new partners and affiliates, expand business, and convert partners.
• Onboarding affiliates to Pepperstone, including setting up and providing access to tracking systems such as CellXpert, Impact, and AppsFlyer.
• Collaborating with the Affiliate Manager to assess the quality of partner websites and referral programs.
• Monitoring and reporting on performance, identifying optimization initiatives.
• Supporting the assessment of new affiliate applications, ensuring alignment with the brand and compliance requirements.
• Collaborating to keep our partners updated with changes to our product and service offerings.
• Working with the Global Partners Manager and the Partners team to develop a localized Partners growth strategy for the MENA region and contributing to improvements in partner sales processes.
• Providing support to new partners who have not yet referred their first client.
• Contributing to Partner Sales reporting and communicating emerging trends, key partnerships, and new opportunities to the Global Partners Manager and the wider business.
• Collaborating with the Partners team on competitor analysis to identify industry commission levels and new program features.

About you

• 3+ years of experience or exposure to IB/affiliate marketing in the CFD industry.
• Collaborative ability within teams, across functions, and offices.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, and another language in the Asia Pacific Region.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Practical experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of affiliate and IB business, along with the CFD industry.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain B2B and broader stakeholder relationships at all levels.
• Effective interpersonal and influencing skills.
• A highly motivated, flexible, positive individual with a strong drive to succeed.
• Committed to ongoing learning and development.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage changing deadlines and work autonomously.
• Familiarity with MetaTrader 4/5 and cTrader software will be highly regarded.

Our Pact Packaging division is pioneering a whole of product life cycle approach to sustainable packaging. Partnering with global brands to local dairy producers, we integrate supply chain efficiencies and sustainable practices into everything we design and manufacture.

About the role 

Working with a great team at our new Altona North plastic manufacturing site, The Toolmaking Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining the fleet of tools / moulds and the preparation and manufacture of new tooling.  This is achieved through managing the maintenance program, engagement with various tool suppliers as well as repairing of the tools / moulds and ensuring stocks of consumable spares.

Supervising a small team, you will:

• Lead a team and contractors with regular participation in hazard identification and WHSE campaigns that actively drive a culture of behavioural safety
• Ensure that a system is in place to determine the maintenance requirements and frequency of the tools and moulds
• Co-ordinate all tool contractor support, services and maintenance activity inclusive of cost and quote establishment for new tools, induction completion, JSEA completion and other risk assessments.
• Lead discussion and implementation on tool engineering design improvements and process improvement

Working closely with the Plant Manager, Production Manager and Engineering Manager as well as external customers, you will thrive in this supervisory opportunity and have an opportunity to step up your mechanical experience. You might not have pneumatic and hydraulic systems experience but if you have familiarity with blow moulding tools and their design requirements and are hands on when it comes to machine maintenance then this is the role for you!

Experience gained in an FMCG tool shop, welding skills and knowledge of quality control/ trouble shooting when it comes to tooling would be advantageous.

Demonstrated hand skill when repairing tools and well as a mechanical trade qualification will see you shine in this newly created role.
