Due to expansion and growth, the team are now looking for a Sales and Operations Manager who is proactive and ready for the next step in their managment career! This role will see the Sales Operations Manager - (Automotive and OEM) hold a key leadership position responsible for driving and ensuring outstanding customer service excellence for the their brand within the Automotive and OEM divisions across Australia and New Zealand.
About the role:
This role plays a vital role in establishing our brand as the preferred partner for valued customers, delivering unmatched customer experiences and service. The Sales Operations Manager will lead a team of customer service officers, cultivating a customer-centric culture, and leveraging advanced technology and process enhancements to optimise business operations and drive organisational profitability.
Your responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve sales targets.
Leading a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to drive performance.
Collaborating with the production and logistics teams to optimize supply chain operations and ensure timely delivery of products.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and product improvement.
Essential Requirements:
An analytical mind with attention to detail, with particular focus on qualitative data when reviewing performance.
A strong, clear communicator with people at all levels and backgrounds.
Computer literacies (SAP experience preferred) high level of typing skills preferred
Ability to present and discuss information clearly and to different audiences.
Effective interpersonal skills.
Strong team working and networking skills.
The ability to use your own initiative, balance priorities and work collaboratively to drive high performance both personally - and within the team
Effective verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to act on own initiative and as a member of a team.
Ablity to maintain confidentiality and political sensitivity.
Personal resilience and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Understanding of current issues and best practice relating to customer service
Familiar with customer complaints/feedback and how this can be used to improve performance.
