About the Role

The Marketing Growth Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth for Ofload in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Ofload’s marketing team to drive the growth of the Ofload brand. They will work closely with the broader Commercial team, including Sales, and Analytics to develop and execute on effective marketing strategies aligned with Ofload’s objectives, mission and vision.

This is a parental leave cover contract with a possible view to go permanent.

• Collaborate with external agencies - particularly in the PR space - to optimise marketing initiatives, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager - Energy Storage Systems (ESS) to lead the development of our next generation of battery energy storage products built with Relectrify’s patented CellSwitch™ technology.  

The Product Manager (ESS) will be accountable for establishing the company’s product roadmap to meet the objectives of the company strategy and the expectations of our target markets, and driving the delivery of high quality products. 

The position offers the flexibility of hybrid work between home and our office in Melbourne. Some domestic and international travel may be required from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Detailed definition of product specifications based on thorough understanding of target market requirements and expectations. 
• Development of the product roadmap within the bounds of the engineering technology roadmap and company strategy.

Essential Requirements

About the team:

The ANZ Global ecommerce team is in growth mode and is rapidly expanding. Our Business Development Managers develop markets with end-to-end responsibility of sourcing leads and converting satisfied customers and growing our brand locally. We focus on several global and domestic payments verticals including Digital, Travel, Subscription, Regulated sectors and Retail where best practice payment services and innovation are a critical strategic advantage.

What you will be doing:

The Senior Business Development Manager (SBDM) is responsible for driving growth through the sale of products and/or services to new clients in their specific market and vertical. The role will include responsibility in developing and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from creation of a prospect pipeline to contract execution and processing of ‘live’ transactions for new merchant accounts.

• Assists in the development of sales plans and strategies
• Sells products and/or services and develops new account relationships.
• Solicits and maintains network of prospects.
• Initiates contact with prospective customers to sell targeted FIS products and/or services.
• Works as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts.
• Effective pipeline management across leads (self-generated, partner and marketing leads) and opportunities.
• Develop sound understanding of the end-to-end Ready, Execute, Deliver (“RED”) sales process and collaborate with internal stakeholders to effectively progress deals
• Demonstrates product knowledge including various solutions, markets and competitive intelligence.
• Prepares and presents proposals to clients utilizing FIS resources and tools.
• Negotiates, structures and closes “opportunities that meet customer expectations and FIS’s ability to deliver; utilizes appropriate company resources per the resources plan to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise.
• Meets sales goals and objectives.
• Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring:

• Career level professional individual contributor or management role.  Experienced, fully qualified professional with full understanding of their area of expertise.  Works independently on problems of diverse scope.
• General knowledge of financial and/or payment solutions technology including systems, applications and banking practices.  Good understanding of FIS products and services is a plus.
• Analytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirements.  Expert problem solving, negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal) to persuade clients to choose Worldpay over competitors.
• You will have an established track record in sales, and involvement in industry trade groups preferred.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally), employees, clients and public as collaboration is essential to success.
• Travel is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• 8 to10 years of experience of working in a business development / payments role
• Work in a fast paced, always changing industry

Sodexo is seeking a Community Hub Manager at our Pharmaceutical client’s site at the Barracks Place.  In this role you will lead our team of 5 receptionist/ Workplace coordinators and specialist maintenance subcontractors who are responsible for providing exemplary ‘one-stop shop’ customer service to the site’s colleagues and visitors.

Our client has created an agile Workplace Experience space that integrates Space, People and Community.  Our team effectively manages The Community Hub, which operates from 7.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.  Community Hub manager hours Mon to Fri 38hr week.

You will manage and coordinate the team’s duties, which include but are not limited to:

• Facilitate inductions, ergonomic set up, use of touchdown areas, promote site amenities.
• Ensure the Community Hub space is fully operational and is inviting for all users.
• Asset management, preventive, reactive maintenance and contractor and vendor management
• Provide exemplary Workplace Experience support for all site attendees including but not limited to reception duties.
• Replenishment and stock ordering for the Community Hub, Fire warden and First aider duties
• Promotion of sustainability initiatives,  digital signage displays, conduct floor walks and management of offsite records management.
• Provide workplace and AV Technology support, operational and financial reporting, and processing of monthly invoices.

To succeed in this role, you will have the following experience and attributes:

• Experience in a similar role within large Global or National organisation with previous team management experience
• Be highly organised and have a solid working knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
• Strong understanding of “agile’ work practices, solutions, and systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be proactive and take initiative – have a business improvement and growth mindset
• Be adaptable in approach and working to different styles.
• Hotel/ hospitality experience (desirable)
