About the Role (your why)

Working as a Desktop Support Engineer you will be responsible for the provision of all aspects of End User Services to Datacom’s customers. Aligned to our customers business requirements, we provide tailored maintenance services, hardware and software break/ fix support, remote support, software deployment and relocation services.

This role will be based in Adelaide and require Australian Citizenship due to customer requirements.

What you’ll do

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be accountable for, but not limited to:

• Providing excellent technical support in a high-paced environment where customer satisfaction is paramount.
• Assisting new users with their IT hardware collection and setup.
• Ensuring new equipment, such as Laptops and Mobile phones, are up to date and deployment ready prior to release to customers
• Recording all customer contacts in the appropriate ITSM tool
• Keeping commitments to customers with regard to progress updates
• Using tools and processes to deliver services to customers in accordance with SLAs
• Proactively manage and maintain customer infrastructure as directed
• Initiate and drive service and process improvement
• Follow best practice methodologies and adhere to recognised ITIL processes (EG: Change/release)

Who you are?  

This team is a feature enablement team. You will work on features that span across multiple domains and hard problems that often otherwise fall through the gaps. Think architecture upgrades, API modularisation, data modelling and layer changes! You'll work closely with our Principal Engineer and Engineering Manager, alongside our newly formed team.

What you’ll do?

• Full Stack Development: Write high-quality quality maintainable and readable code across our services. Contributing to the team's incremental feature delivery in an Agile environment.
• Pair and Learn: Program side by side with team members on tough problems, and clarify understanding with insightful code reviews.
• Tackle Tech Debt: Dedicate time to uplift legacy areas of the codebase, keep on top of configuration and stop dependencies from going stale.
• Performance Tuning: Monitoring and responding to solve scaling, security, and performance issues as the system evolves to meet its changing needs
• Code Quality Enhancement: Elevate our codebase's quality by crafting Unit, Module, and Functional automated tests.
• Bug Resolution: Identify and resolve bugs and defects to maintain a seamless user experience.
• Scrum Involvement: Attend scrum ceremonies and actively participate in shaping our technical Roadmap
• Promote Best Practice: Provide recommendations for process improvement and technical innovation.
• Documentation and Workshops: Create documentation and deliver workshops to share knowledge on delivered features

What you’ll need?

• A deep understanding of .NET, covering both Framework and Core, showcasing your expertise.

·        Proven and Hands on experience in PL/SQL, SQL and Databases (MS-SQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.)

·        Experience of working in AWS environment will be an advantage

·        Financial market compliance domain experience will be an added advantage   

·        Actimize (AIS/RCM/UDM) knowledge/Development experience is a plus

The Team

The Humanforce Integrations team is a development team that looks after the 3rd party integrations with MYOB, PayrollMetrics, Xero. We are an essential and collaborative team that often works on greenfield projects with focus on research & development and is critical to the ongoing success of the Humanforce business and its customers.

You'll join our integrations squad as a Software Engineer, playing an important role to continue building key integrations for our customers. You'll work closely with senior engineers on building best practices across the team to ensure we continue to build seamless integrations across our multiple product suites and third-party integrations.

About the role
The National Manager, Service Delivery, Planning, and Coordination manages the Service Delivery relationship with Konica Minolta Customers. The role is responsible for ensuring high-level, consistent service delivery nationally, product reliability, and strong financial performance. The role provides leadership to our field service teams nationally. • Review and analyse financial data and provide input on improvement measures.

Our Bentley site is where we manufacture and distribute a range of milk and milk-based products, made with fresh milk sourced direct from over 30 farms in the Albany, Harvey and Northcliffe regions of south-western WA. The site currently manufactures in excess of 70 million litres a year including the state's number one flavoured milk product - Masters!

We have an excellent opportunity for an Automation Engineer to join the production team. You will report to the Engineering Reliability and Engineering Manager and look after the automation and continuous improvement activities to support the production & ongoing upgrades. You will provide technical recommendations and assist with different site activities. We are looking for someone with automation experience and is always looking for ways to improve processes.

This is a site-based role, working Monday to Friday. Start and finish times are flexible based on business and site needs.

Responsibilities

• Providing hands-on support for issues impacting production and technical expertise as required

• Support electrical (automation) skills assessments and drive to upskill trade workforce in automation field

• Optimising and improving electrical maintenance tasks

• Working with cross-functional teams including IT to support OT infrastructure onsite and it’s integration & interaction with non-OT devices, platforms and departments

About you
