About the Role:

As a Customer Service Manager, you are the trusted adviser to our customers and ensure customer satisfaction. You are working with the customer in safeguarding and optimization of their investments into SAP Fioneer services and support.

You will be diligent about ensuring quality services to satisfy customers need and resolving complex and critical situations throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary Contact for the customer including point of escalation
• Understand the customer business, goals and challenges in order to guide resolution and provide quality support and services
• Ensure contractual obligations fulfillment with your customer including Service Level Agreements, customer satisfaction and process efficiency within service delivery
• Monitoring progress and availability service and support team, helping determine priorities, managing challenging customer situations
• Mange proactive delivery of service plan and reactive support requests
• Drives end-to-end customer engagement including commercial responsibilities (costs and profitability), customer expectations, customer reporting and invoicing
• Protect and grow engagement scope, identify cross and upsell opportunities

• Strong experience in support processes, compliance and project management, especially in supporting production environments
• Strong experience in stakeholder management at all levels delivering clear status on service delivery and efficiency
• Strong experience in SAP Banking environment including Cloud Delivery Models would be an advantage
• Confident and impactful communicator and manager of senior stakeholders, both written and verbal, able to clearly explain the program to non-technical and technical audiences
• Experience planning and coordinating technology resources balanced against operational needs

About the Role

The Endpoint Engineering team assists companies by supporting their environments day to day and recommending best practises to follow and implement. The team designs, builds, supports, and continuously improves end user solutions end to end, enabling our customers to transform their business and modernise their end user experience. You will problem-solve technical issues for customers to show how these products can make businesses more productive, collaborative, and innovative. As a SOE Engineer you will manage the day-to-day operations of the Customers endpoint systems with minimal direction and engage in project work when they arise. You will have a key focus on ensuring an exceptional customer experience to Datacom’s endpoint customer base.

This role is open in all our Datacom offices in Australia (Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, and Sydney).

What you will do

As a SOE Engineer, you will be responsible, but not limited to:

• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager including SCCM and Intune
• Strong technical knowledge of Active Directory – Group Policy Management
• Strong Scripting ability (PowerShell, VBScript, Batch)
• Experience with Windows 10 task sequencing and end point configuration
• Experience with facilitating large and enterprise scale software deployments
• Maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements of environment wide configurations including user policies, device policies, security policies, firmware, drivers, and automation scripts through enterprise grade endpoint management platforms (Intune/SCCM)
• 2 years' experience in Citrix Image Management mandatory
• Ensure outstanding levels of customer satisfaction by demonstrating timely, professional, and attentive responses to customers and colleagues
• Operate in, and contribute to the winning culture of a high performing team
• Identify service improvements, efficiencies and/or cost reductions for Datacom customers
• Follow best practice methodologies and adhere to recognised ITIL processes (e.g., change/release).
• Perform upgrades on applicable hardware and operating systems as required/requested
• Provide maintenance and enhancements of deployed desktop operating system images (physical and virtual)
• Assist with projects as required
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in SOE migrations, projects, and implementation
• Provide continuous high-quality upkeep of supporting documentation such as Designs, As-Builts, How-tos, environment reporting, risk registers, tickets, and roadmap lifecycles

What you will bring

You will have 5 years’ IT industry experience, preferably within an IT managed service provider, with approximately 3 years’ experience in a similar SOE Engineer role. You will possess exceptional knowledge of Windows 10, 11. Along with good working knowledge of networking and TCP/IP, AD, DHP, DNS, certificate services and Enterprise applications. You will have exceptional skills in endpoint management platforms, System Centre Configuration Manager, Intune, and Virtual Desktops). You will bring exceptional troubleshooting, customer service, communication, and prioritisation skills; and will be comfortable and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision. You will be comfortable with rapid change and be available to travel to Datacom, customer sites and conferences when required.

About the Role (your why)

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our high-performance Professional Services team on a 6-month contract.

This is a customer facing consulting position that requires exceptional collaborative skills and the ability to build strong partnerships with our customers and within Datacom.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous Professional Services experience with external customers and exposure to all aspects of delivering projects, including consulting, design, configuration, testing and deployment.

Our offices are based in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/ life balance. What you’ll do

At the moment, as the Senior Systems Engineer you will be focused on:

·          In this key cross-disciplinary role you will work closely with our Customers, Partners, Sales and Technical teams.

·          Ensure assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget, to agreed scope.

·          Serve as the technical point of contact for implementation services and solutions. This may either be provided remotely or on-site.

·          Providing pre-sales support and expertise to the sales team.

What you’ll bring

To be successful in this role you must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working with external enterprise customers in delivering projects in professional services environments.

·          Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange.

·          Virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V, AHV).

·          Have experience in one or both of the following: Backup (Commvault, Veeam) OR Storage (HPE, NetApp, Lenovo & Dell)

·          Automation and Scripting (PowerShell, Python)

You will have a curiosity & passion for customers and a proven ability to communicate solutions in a way that resonates with all levels of our customer’s. You must be comfortable in engaging both technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders.

·          You can work both independently on competing priorities and as part of a team.

·          You'll have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
