This role will see you support the Sales Team, empowering them to deliver their portfolios with an exceptional customer and service experience. You will help drive accountability against KPIs and also assist the Head of to drive efficiency, visibility and exposure of the Business Development (BD) function within the wider TGE sales environment. The Sales Coordinator, in exceptional circumstances, will also manage the escalation path for new a customer to enable the BD to remain focused on core implementation and furthering the pipeline of new customers alongside. What You'll Do

• Support the management and coordination of activities relating our portfolio of Accounts

• Manage service-related escalations from the customer and/or operational teams to ensure timely resolution
