About the role:

The FIS Australasia Technology team is made up of 60+ people based in Melbourne, Sydney, Manila and India. This role sits within the Infrastructure team and requires working within a dynamic environment that is growing fast. The team are involved in the deployment and running of new technology stacks and maintaining our server infrastructure, networks, cloud connectivity and ensuring we can deliver for our customer’s needs.

What you will be doing:

• Installing, configuring, implementing and maintaining systems

• Working on large, complex systems that require skill in multiple technical environments

What you bring:

• Must have sound previous hands-on experience on Red Hat Linux / System Administration and Data centre operations (Dell server terminologies)

• Experience with VMware virtualization, Nutanix HCI, NetApp and other storage technologies (AFF300, AFF400 etc)

• Sound knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS), Networking (CISCO 9000 series switches), Microsoft Windows server & Ansible/PowerShell automation

• Management of SSL/TLS Certificates. Experience with public key infrastructure (PKI) and experience with certificate life cycle management, such as Venafi

• Scripting (Perl/Bourne)

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, network monitoring and tools and technical writing principles and practices

• IT security conceptual knowledge and hands on experience with remediating vulnerabilities

• Effective analytical, problem solving, installation and maintenance skills

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team

About the team:

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director of Digital Marketing to lead and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies. Responsibilities

• Create and book bespoke luxury itineraries for our members
• Creation of high quality, bespoke itineraries for our high value members from the initial planning stage to the post booking and welcome home. Including flights, hotels, villas, rental cars, railways, round trips, package deals, cruises, private jets, yachts, transfers, excursions, activities, and VIP ground services
• Take comprehensive travel briefs via the phone or video consultations
• Commercially knowledgeable and able to ensure itineraries are both high quality and accurately and competitively priced so members receive the best possible value
• Preparation of tailor-made offers and travel documents, preparation of travel itineraries, obtaining visas and general admin.

Contribute to the expansion of our tailormade travel proposition

• Actively suggest ideas for destination guides or other editorial productions, and for offers/members benefits which the Editorial and Commercial teams can develop.
• Helping to maintain and build new relationships with hoteliers, airlines, Destination Management Companies, and tour operators. Thus, ensuring continuous growth of our travel service, by collaborating with the global travel team and ensuring your region is developing
• Engage with the member to promote Ten’s other services which include dining, attractions and guides relevant to the travel request
• Support overall business SLA’s and objectives

• Minimum of 3 years' experience within the Travel Industry, preferably within the luxury market
• Experience with DMCs is an advantage
• Experience of using a varied supplier base, including hotels, airlines, DMCs, and tour operators
• An understanding of booking terms and conditions / cancellation policies
• Well-travelled with a good international understanding of different destinations
• Experience with Amadeus or other GDS system is preferred, but not essential
• Proven track record of travel sales performance and the ability to be proactive rather than reactive
• Knowledge of industry regulations and operating licenses such as IATA, ATOL

What a Consulting Director does at Visa:
VCA is looking for a Consulting Director to lead consulting engagements for our clients in Australia and New Zealand, enabling portfolio growth and improved profitability across their payment businesses.

Typically, 2-4 months in duration and running in parallel, potential projects could include portfolio management diagnostics, assessments of digital product and marketing strategies, product design and launch, development of industry landscape evaluations to inform payments strategies, and optimisation of client customer experience and supporting processes.
