At Ignition, we have focused teams/themes on different parts of the customer experience and our Nexus team is a dedicated, cross-functional (product management, engineering, design, and customer experience) team focused on improving and expanding how we help our customers work with their end clients.

About the role:

We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built at Ignition –  integrating unique and innovative software with payments – and we’re now looking for an experienced, engaging, critical thinker and problem solver to join as a Product/ Senior Product Manager for our customer-client interaction team as you work to understand, improve and expand how we support our customers to do better business with their clients.

You will oversee your theme for Ignition in a way that will accelerate deeper adoption from our customers and drive commercial outcomes. You will be responsible for the strategy and execution of significant product initiatives that will ensure our customers get the most value out of Ignition.

What your day to day will look like:

• Work closely alongside the senior leadership team to develop and own forward-looking plans, roadmaps and strategies that balance growth, innovation, and risk.
• Own the end-to-end development of new product capabilities that best solve for your customer-focused mandate.
• Work directly with our engineering lead, and senior designer, to prioritize product enhancements. 
• Work day-to-day with your cross-functional squad with the product group (Product Design, Engineering, and Product Management) and collaborate with key internal partners in Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience to provide context, background and focus.
• Develop product dashboards illustrating key value drivers and insights, and work across teams to improve performance across these drivers.

The transformation you will experience.

Perform media buying activities across all mediums and provide accurate reporting and investment services to both Investment and Business Management teams.

Your scope will include:

• Ensure that campaign spend does not exceed planned costs
• Supervise Exec/Co-Ord to ensure the following:
• Accurate reporting 
• Accurate and timely data entry of campaigns using correct rate cards, surveys, PO numbers and BCC commission rates
• Deliver highly competitive rates across all media outside of master media deals
• Must have total knowledge and understanding of client media contracts and implement all aspects correctly
• Present proactive, relevant media opportunities to client at planning stage and continuously throughout the year
• Provide client with latest market intelligence relevant to their business on a regular basis - e.g. email client weekly of a top rating program that they have bought into, create hype and excitement around each campaign
• Ensure media post reports are completed 1 week after all consolidated data for burst arrives and results are presented to the team including learnings.
• Must provide full campaign post report including media learning's and strategic insights
• Monthly Competitive reviews.
• Responsible that all reports are executed correctly.

What type of person will be successful in this role

• Competent in all media buying and planning fundamentals.
• 3-4+ years in industry
• Experience in market insight into trading, tracking and reporting of campaigns.
• If you can effectively utilise all available tools to perform trading, reporting, research and analysis, such as: BCC, eTAM, ZOOM TV Optimiser, ZOOM Planning Tools, TARDIIS, eRAM, Asteroid, MOVE and Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of core digital tools include Nielsen Answer, Ad Relevance, Social Tools, Bench tools, Google Insights

Day to day you will: 

• Provide guidance in processing bookings and campaign amendments
• Conduct daily monitoring and updating of inventory forecasting & availability
• Generate reporting and analytics
• Support the implementation of inventory management strategies
• Assist the broader Commerce team with Ad-hoc requests as required

• Provide structured and proactive support to Senior Leadership to prepare for future bids by equipping client teams to position, demonstrate value and understand and formalise pursuit of future opportunities, through research, coaching and competitor analysis.
