In doing so, the SMB Account Manager will:

• Protect and grow existing accounts by executing a scalable account management strategy

• Utilise data to systematically identify new revenue opportunities through existing products

• Collaborate with Sales to close new product opportunities which further unlock an account’s potential

Additional duties of the an SMB Account Manager:

The Manager, Contract Operations, is an integral member of UP&E, responsible for providing operational support to the UP&E APAC team across all categories (Toys & Hardlines, Fashion & Living and Food, Beauty & Care, Publishing). The primary focus will be driving operational excellence in the contract lifecycle, business development to drive growth, contract negotiations with key partners and to support both regional and country teams. Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for Contract Operations for UDX contracts globally with a special focus on the APAC region (Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia and India)
• Super-user of deal/revenue systems (Salesforce “CRM” and RightsLogic “RSG”).  Provide user training and services to category and other stakeholders
• Control point - ensuring compliance against deal guidelines, system data integrity (e.g. data inputted for drafting is complete; system data is consistent with signed contract) etc.

The Claims Technical Specialist is responsible for providing technical advice, guidance and support to the Claims team on technical assessment and case management matters, to assist in reaching desired claims durations and outcomes in line with the terms and conditions of the policy.

Technical Support

Purpose of your role 

Reporting to the Head of Australia & NZ, you will be responsible for growing the client base in Australia via the Accounting Partnerships acquisition channel. There are two primary purposes of this ‘player-coach’ role:

1. The first is to act as a BDM - to individually source, acquire and on-board new Accountants & subsequently to expand the volume of SMBs engaging with our SaaS Platform
2. The second is as a Team Leader - to lead the broader team to accelerate revenue growth from acquiring new and managing existing Partners and their end clients.

What you do

The Senior Cyber Analyst is part of Third-Party Tech & Cyber Risk, which is part of the Technology & Cyber Risk function within the Technology Business Unit. This role will support the manager in aligning to the strategy and execution of our third-party technology risk management, third party cyber security management, relevant technology and cyber clauses within the contractual management process and overall governance of technology third parties. This role is responsible for adhering to and identifying improvements to relevant frameworks, policies, practices and controls to maintain the risk posture within the appetite.

Our team is looking for a senior project manager to deliver a mix of retail and Commercial Developer projects.

• Authority approvals – to seek approval (CDC or DA), before start of works on site. Liaise with certifiers/ consultant/ builders to get all docs. (submit the CDC application online and engage town planners to submit DA applications)
• Document management system – all design docs, meeting minutes are recorded and distributed via a software by Procore. (take live Minutes in Procore`s templated software)
• Design – Liaise with Planners , engage external arch, traffic planners & structural designers to finalize drawings.
• Tendering – Scope finalization, based on feasibility walks, Liaise with T&T cost mangers - to prepare cost plans, tender docs, tender briefings/tender walks, interviews and award.
• Construction coordination(with external stake holders) – Liaise with Fit out builder, novated arch & structural designers; mechanical, refrigeration and electrical contractors; nominated security, signage & IT contractors
• Construction coordination(with internal stake holders) – Liaise with property team, design/planning team, finance team
• Finance – forecast cashflow, assess payment claims and variations
• Safety – safety observations to be raised and encouraged with the builder(additionally, engaged external safety auditors to review safe practices on a monthly basis)
