We have a great Operations Coordinator opportunity in our Numero team for a fluent Mandarin speaker. This role can be based in either Auckland, Sydney or Melbourne and has flexibility to work remotely with only occasional visits to the office.
The ability to work weekends 9am to 5pm, Thursday to Monday is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Box Office Data Management
- Box Office data entry
- Daily Box Office data accuracy checks
- Chasing up missing grosses
- Mappings of films, formats and theatres
Film Release & Release calendar updates
- Film creation, amending release dates, finding film artwork and synopses
Client Service
- Replying to enquiry emails about box office data and reporting
- Helping customers and users with requests e.g. setting up logins and investigating data discrepancies etc...
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities and Personal Attributes:
- Must be proficient in Mandarin and English
- An interest in box office results, records or statistical information
- Film knowledge, and an interest in film, is a plus
- Knowledge, experience and understanding of the cultures in Asia is a plus
- Proven ability to work as a part of a team, and independently, to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to demonstrate and further develop administrative, time management and planning, analytical, problem-solving, and internet research skills
- Confident, positive personality with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional manner.
- Attention to detail
- You must have the right to live and work in Australia or New Zealand
- The ability to speak and write multiple languages is an added benefit but not essential
- You must be able to work weekends 9am to 5pm, Thursday to Monday
