We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO with both business and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage various tasks with discretion and efficiency. This role requires a dedicated individual who is comfortable handling a range of responsibilities, from personal errands to liaising with high-level professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating travel arrangement, including flights, accommodations and ground transportations for business trips.
• Providing end-to-end support in sourcing and securing property, negotiating optimal lease terms, and overseeing all related property management tasks.
• Handling expense reports, bill payments, and petty cash.
• Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining file systems.
• Managing any dietary requirements or meal planning. Coordinate daily meal schedules, including placing orders and arranging reservations as needed.
• Handling personal tasks such as arranging dry cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, gift purchase and run other errands as required.
• Assisting with special projects, tracking progress, and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure deadlines are met and following up with stakeholders as needed.
• Being available in case of emergencies or last-minute needs, providing real-time assistance when required.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a keen attention to detail.

The Role:

We’re hiring a GM Architecture to join our technology team and play a pivotal role in shaping technology and architecture blueprints critical for fulfilling AP+'s strategic objectives.

This position collaborates closely with business units and stakeholders across AP+ to ensure seamless alignment and adoption of organization-wide architecture principles and policies.

Proposed Position Requirements are:

• Leading & ensuring the effective planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of major and complex projects relating to critical I&T architecture and infrastructure programs, initiatives, strategies, and frameworks.
• Providing technical leadership for the delivery of compelling digital architecture and infrastructure solutions.
• Ensuring a defined set of architecture standards are documented and adopted within the branch and across the department.
• Significantly contributing to the effective planning, management, and delivery of the I&T branch’s functions, goals, and objectives.
• Establishing and maintaining productive partnerships with external IT providers to ensure optimum allocation and utilisation of digital resources.
• Representing the department in senior-level and/or inter-agency delegations and negotiations pertaining to digital architecture and infrastructure.
• Provide architectural leadership and chair organisation-wide architecture review board ensuring the architectural and solution design decisions are thoroughly considered and aligned to the business strategic goals and objectives.

This role will also see you provide expert leadership, consultation and best practice processes when it comes to:

• Solution & Payment Architecture
• Best Practice & Compliance
• Partner & Vendor Management
• People Management

In order to be considered for this role you will need to display:

• 10+ years’ experience working in either a “Head of” or “General Manager” role with robust experience across core aspects of IT architecture within the Financial Services sector.
• Experience across multiple Architecture domains, including the implementation of Architecture in various large organisations.
• 7 years+ experience in delivering major business solutions into production within multiple project teams.
• Excellent communication skills, flexibility, team focus, and dedication to customer service.
• Solid understanding of business needs and customer focus beyond the technical/technology aspects.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.

What you will do to be successful in this role

• Hold a minimum of an Australian recognized Cert 5 in Arboriculture or above.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in consulting arborist roles.
• Possess sound technical skills in tree biology, VTA, species identification, and remedial tree works.
• Demonstrate accurate pricing knowledge for tree operations and excellent CRM skills.
• Show proficiency in IT and report writing.
• Display commercial acumen and motivation to contribute to the growth of the consulting arm of the business.
• Hold risk assessment qualifications such as QTRA and/or TRAQ (Mandatory).
• Maintain a good level of physical fitness and mobility to conduct tree assessments.
