We are seeking an experienced and motivated engineer to join our Urban Development team on the Sunshine Coast. In this Associate Engineer role, you will lead and guide a team of skilled engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects for our diverse range of clients. You will also work closely with the Sunshine Coast leadership to maintain and grow client relationships, helping to drive business growth across the region.

We are currently seeking a Full-time Maintenance & Facilities Officer to join our friendly and successful team at Oaks Sunshine Coast Seaforth Resort. This position will be responsible for completing room maintenance for the apartments, as well as managing all common area facilities.

About the role:

• Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required;
• Provide induction and supervision of external contractors;
• Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property; and
• Maintain daily work records and service schedules
• Ensure WHS best practice at all times

• Encouraging and motivating participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment; 
• Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients; 
• Reverse marketing clients to employers; 
• Placing participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;  
• Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements; and 
• Ensuring our clients, employers and those we work with, receive exceptional service at every stage of the process. 

You will be working with a vibrant, collaborative and goals focused team of employment services professionals from diverse backgrounds, who are all seeking to have an impact in the diversity and inclusion space.
