We are currently seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join our Care team at our Moran Engadine home, located minutes from Engadine train station.
Multiple shifts available - AM, PM. Salary range $35 to $70 per hour (pending on RN classification), plus superannuation.
Reporting to the Care Manager you will be providing quality nursing care and support to the changing clinical needs of the residents. You will consult with residents and their families, staff, management, and other allied health professionals.
You will work with a great team of dedicated people and your contribution will make a difference to our residents’ enjoyment of their life every day.

About the Role
- Developing and evaluating individualised resident care plans
- Providing clinical services such as wound management, medication management and palliative care
- Liaising with medical and allied health professionals and residents’ family members
- Assisting the clinical management team with ACFI documentation/assessments
- Supervising and supporting our Personal Care Workers.
About You
- Current Registration with AHPRA.
- Minimum 1+ years working experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Sound understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and quality management systems.
- Passionate about caring for the aged.
- Able to communicate with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organised with strong planning skills.
- Flexible in responding to changing resident needs.
- Able to work effectively and efficiently within a team and independently.
- High level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in a large Aged Care Facility (desirable)
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current influenza vaccination
